The time this thread is created the eth price is down after a hype. Almost every coin goes down. That is a good time for buying coins. But they decreased more in last few months. The problem now is many ICOs failed ineth platform some of them scammed with investors. And that's why somehow it's effects eth price. Eth has popularity and its uses in many cases that's why it's still keep the 2nd . But as first investment eth is good and the price is at the bottom. So if you buy now it will give some profit.
