There was a bug in the PoS calculation for CENT.

On october 31, there will be a hardfork that fixes the high PoS.

After october 31st, PoS reward will be reduced to 1/100th of what it previously was.

You can find the update at: http://andarazoroflove.org/cryptocurrency/pennies

It started as quite a nice coin, i think it will recover after they fix it again. However not to the levels it once was i'm sure.

Shakezula removed the decimals from CENT. I think he didn't realize what effect it would have on PoS at that time.
