I explained to someone recently who was quite surprised it was possible Trump could be reelected nevermind its the most likely outcome, this is just the way USA politics proceeds the majority of time for as long as I've been watching anyhow.     I watch the democratic debates for a laugh and got no reason to change my mind so far

  The only probable stick in the bicycle wheels of democracy is the economy falling over.    So the two events you mention, 'others' over Trump and 1 mil for BTC are probably parallel instances.   If the economy were to crash, he will be out most likely and one scenario for a crashing economy would be failed currency integrity or debt problems like Greece had.   Thats quite a contrast to current Dollar strength and I doubt the chances are above 5% in such a short time frame but the economy could fall into recession.   The FED cutting rates when it got nowhere near the 5% norm indicates all is not well.

Which other candidates are you referring to there is no one better than Trump, and he’ll win his re-election easily. Trump is the first US president to step on North Korean soil, also he’s brought peace and stability to that region. Jobs are rising in US because he’s forcing companies to make goods in America, and he has successfully cut down on subsidies and saved lots of money for US. Hence I would advise you to reconsider your bet and place it on Trump winning the re-elections.

When I buy new tickets that number is updated to the correct number, but then go back after page reload.

Correct. Not from the US so basically most of the news covered outside are always "blaming" him for the market dips and comments he made.

this might be a bug in their platform, something like this:
- update the total number from database by summing all purchases after X minutes so it is not live
- update the total number after user purchases so you see the update in "your browser"

which would explain why when you reload the page it goes back to the initial not-updated value. and it should be updated after that X minutes passed. (maybe every hour?)

I think you are wrong regarding the multiplier, because I already placed my bet when it was 20x, and for me it will always be 20x. Of course the odds can change in a year, but it won't affect the multiplier for me personally, although the multiplier can be different for those who are going to bet in the future.

It is almost certainly a browser cache issue like #TheQuin said, because I had a similar thing happening to me a while ago and when I swapped browsers the new balance was shown. I cleared the browser cache on the original browser and the new balance was shown too. 

I always have 3 browsers running on one computer to troubleshoot things like this. Browser compatibility is always an issue with all the different things that I am doing online. Some browsers have more security features and these added security features might be blocking scripts or add-ons that prevent the display of the information.

The next presidential election is going to be pretty crazy with crypto betting. I remember when Trump got elected there was so much BTC riding on the outcomes. And back then BTC didn't have the same adoption as it does today.

From what I recall, according to the polls, Hillary was way in the lead and most of the betting websites had her pegged as a winner, so if you bet Trump by then you have low odds of winning but a large payout if he actually won. And in the last few hours the tables have turned and he won and the stock market went crazy. It feels so long ago but it was only in 2016, its crazy how times flies so fast.
