We added code to uncheck the boxes for dumbasses like you that accidentally checked them. If there was ever anything wrong with our code that caused them to be checked as you claim you could find an archive of it as proof. You can't do that because there was never a fault.

Whether Freebitco.in was intentionally causing this issue is debatable but there was definitely a bug that affected the website which caused jackpots to be checked without the user activating them. I wrote a complaint through the site's contact form when this happened to me a few years ago and never received a response. I also found this post from a user that describes the exact same problem. I suspect the issue was caused due to browser compatibility issues since I only had the problem on old versions of Android and Linux that were no longer supported by Chrome and once on Brave desktop browser which is known to be buggy. Since nobody ever replied when I messaged the website I did not bother keeping any logs with definitive proof that this bug was occurring, but after seeing several complaints and from personal experience I do not think it's fair to say it's just dumb ass people accidentally enabling the jackpots.

It isn't debatable at all. The Javascript source can be read and there no bugs in it. As you point out there might be issues on your device or browser but if we had done something wrong someone would have pointed it out in the code.
I only took over the contact us and email support about 6 months ago. The previous guy always read them all but didn't have time to reply to many of them. If there had been a large number of similar complaints then that would have been highlighted to wetsuit. Since I've been doing it there might have been 4 or 5 customers reporting this issue. When something goes wrong I usually get 40 or 50 messages about it in one day.

I left the signature on for a few reasons. 1) I'm a big supporter of the service. It's the best mixer there is and I believe privacy is of great importance when it comes to your finances. 2) ChipMixer paid me a lot of money to rent my signature space and I want to give them something back for free. 3) I'm rubbish at BBCode and haven't had time to knock up a good freebitco.in signature yet.

When the girl from Russia reported the problem to I assume TheQuin her requests were completely ignored she stated.  When she stated she would report them, they turned the tables on her and made the threat that they would report her to the Russian Government for participation in an Illegal activity known as Internet Gambling.  The same problem of pre-clicked Jackpot bets happened to me.  Not 1 but 2 bets were clicked.  I have a brand new LG phone, not the best, but not the cheapest either.  When I reported the issue my complaints were ignored.  One said something to the effect too bad, too sad.  When I informed them of the girl from Russia I was told not to believe everything I read.  To address my complaint a special code was added to uncheck pre-clicked jackpot bets though they could not find a problem on their end and it was my device.  No offer of compensation whatsoever was offered.  My uncle was informed by The BVI govenment that Freebitco.in and it's owners are not a registered business or corporation in The BVI and since all forms of gambling is Illegal there to demand refunds.  I did that and they called me a blackmailer, blocked my account as well as my 2 fellow friends from school, yes High School and literally stole their funds and claimed it as Multi Accounting abuse.  Me and Cecil are both in Accounting class and that term means a business that maintains multiple ledgers to avoid reporting profits.  Why the deception?  Why steal peoples money as if the games are not rigged enough.

I'm not sure, but I think that such thing like off-chain transactions between users was planned few years ago. I might be wrong, maybe I confused it with Faucethub.
Anyway, I don't think it's needed currently because transaction fees are really low for a long time already. Using of SegWit addresses also helps.

We can't do it because there would be no way of proving that we had made the payments. With fees going up we have made an improvement to the way we calculate what fees to use. We found that all fee estimators can from time to time recommend too high a fee so we now average it three different sources.

After numerous emails to Freebitcoin support which were basically ignored I got a reply where they stated too bad, too sad.  Said I could look at history and see everything.  However using a cell phone no matter how much you stretch the screen you can only see red or green zeros.  It required using my uncles laptop to see the Jackpot bets.  When I went to the gaming console every single hour using my cell phone  foI could see pre-clicked jackpot bets, anywhere from 1-4 and they were randomized.   I went to their FB account and saw many complaints but one specific to my issue.  I talked to this person that said they were from Russia and they offered her no assistance, just like me and when she threatened them she said they counter threatened her by reporting her to the Russian Government for participating in Illegal Internet Gambling.  I wrote back and finally got a response when I put in the Re: You threatened a Russian Customer.  Here was TheQuins response:

Anyway, to address your complaints, we have been looking at the jackpots issue and although we can find no fault in our software, and the checking of the boxes can only happen locally on your device, we're still going to add some extra code to actually uncheck those boxes every time you reload the page.

I don't think so!  No offer of compromise was made which was upsetting as it took me almost 2 years of claims from other faucets to accumulate what I deposited only to lose it in 2 minutes.  They did not care.  I added the fact I was 14 and they told me to look at this as a life lesson is the way I recall and said they operate within the laws that affect them and I should do the same.  When The BVI denied their existance in their country and I showed them proof of this they blocked my account as well as my 2 friends on false claims of Multi Accounting Abuse when we all opened accounts using our own devices, emails, and funds.  To this point they basically stole from my friend his entire balance of 1.3 Million Satoshis and he asked for access to his account to withdraw it and he gave some term of "Demanding Money with Menaces"  He is demanding his deposits which he has confirmation of making them from emails he got from them.  This is a piss poor operation with customer service and theft of deposits.  Then we came here to be insulted being called jackasses, hard headed, thick skulled, and more.  Vulgarities and threats were received by my uncle when their betting console ignored Stop Loss he had set.  His government told us to demand refunds of deposits and He referenced me as a Blackmailer and said he could call the police.  I really wish he would because in doing so he would be reporting himself as The BVI said all forms of gambling including the operation of such a site is Illegal there.  He said they relocated there from Belize but he better go back to Belize as signed complaints and required forms will be furnished to officials in The BVI in the next couple days.

That is just hilarious. We never claimed anything of the sort. You just searched the internet and found something written by someone equally as dumb as you. They did an NSLOOKUP and found that as we use CloudFlare the IP addresses are owned by them.

We are not InterGlobal Limited nor have we ever claimed to be. It shows up on the DNS entry because we're using Cloudflare.
