We have different ways of thinking in this regard  For me, the abuse in this matter is not when someone uses the bot to get more free bitcoins. In my mind, abuse is when someone uses bots on many different accounts to earn many times of free bitcoin. But if someone only uses one account and takes advantage of free bitcoin at the maximum, I think it's okay. Although it's not really worth  free bitcoin is very few. I have never used the faucet since the beginning

Finally got some answer about this mystery XD. Don't really know about these, I tough only an old account who have the ability to claim a faucet without a captcha.

I think that still applies. It's been a long, long time since I had to use captcha but IIRC correctly, there was a certain amount you had to wager OR deposit before the captcha applies. I currently don't have a balance at $100 but still works for me, but I'm very close to max freeroll bonus BTC (and that comes from wagering) so I guess I hit the wager requirement. Very sure the explanation is somewhere, just can't be bothered to find it as I don't need it:)

Faucets were always free of cost, but not free for nothing (except Freebitcoin which really is free of ads or anything at all haha) but all of the old faucet sites gained revenue from ads. When people cheated with bots, those ads didn't bring in money and sites had to close down.

Basically, revenue must be generated for sites to earn something but the sad thing is farmers don't care. They'll take as much as they can knowing the site will close down if they keep doing so. They have burned earth mentality.

Theres a risk in FIAT and in crypto obviously too but at least we can get a return on the crypto where as FIAT you dont receive any interest from a bank any more and have to really take up extra involvement like stocks or similar investments.   Im not against stocks, I've traded them for years but plain cash has to be an option for the risk adverse and thats being allowed as an option in FIAT currently which is wrong.

It was a problem probably on the first day that primedice started to open. I remember because unfortunately I was one of those people and I feel ashamed about saying this but I learned better and not doing it anymore, but when it first started they were giving 10k satoshi (wasn't a big money back then) and you could just refresh the page and it would ask for a new name which already had a generated account name.

So, there was scripts that refreshed whenever lost and stopped whenever it won, you could leave it when you went to sleep and when you wake up there was always at least one win, and you could withdraw. About 500k satoshi easily won every single night, better than mining for sure. They fixed it but this was literally primedice v1 the very first version, so it was always there.
