It looks like most people are betting on England in this one, and I decided to not stand out this time. I think England's chances of winning are much higher than 66%, so the outcome odds on freebitco.in, 1.42, are pretty good to bet there (on England, of course ).

I am also aware of what you posted but you also wrote that only a quarter of value of total tickets is distributed among winners and also 75% house edge game. Your words implies that total number of lottery ticket was all paid ticket while in fact there are free tickets included in it

Assuming that players bought 50,000,000 worth of tickets which is 0.5 BTC. Total number of tickets are 100,000,000 and freebitco.in's lottery prizepool was 25% of those amount.

That would be 0.25 BTC prizepool which is 50% RTP because only 50 M tickets of it was bought with BTC and the rest of it was free.

Now What if players bought 10,000,000 worth of tickets ( 0.1 BTC ) with 100,000,000 total tickets

prizepool would still be 25% of it which is 0.25 BTC


Bottomline Those 75% house edge that you posted is kinda incorrect when there are tons of free tickets on the pool

The house edge part is both correct and incorrect at the same time. When you are talking about the people who got it free or you are talking for freebitcoin itself you are right that it is not a high house edge and also people are getting that money so you are not going to give it to house at all, which means zero house edge to begin with.

However if we are talking about the person who will buy a ton of tickets and wait to win, that has a "house edge" in the sense that he has a winning chance, it could be 25% chance or could be less or more but there is a chance involved. You can't just buy 5 million tickets and assume the leading position, this is not a wagering contest it is a lottery, a dude with 1 ticket won it once. So at the end of the day the chance changes depending on where you look at it.

Nice to see sports coming back and that FreeBitcoin is taking bets on these events. I am a cricket fan so I'll bet some sats on these matches, not sure how well it will go as its hard to get an idea on the teams as they haven't played for so long so we could see some upsets which is why I'm thinking about taking the West Indies to win the first test match.

You are absolutely right winning against House is very difficult some time ago I was addicted and lost some good amount but in recent time I manage things and now doing this all just under my budget and its going good for me because in long run I have some big loses and never recover this all.

Lost a lot of my remaining balance on this betting the last time I went all in on cricket but yeah this ones really really looks good for England too, so my money's definitely on them. Think the odds will eventually settle around 1.30 but then I'm sure we'll also get a lot more people betting against them! West Indies are no pushovers at times!

Lol, that is what freebitcoin is famous for, options. If you think they would have gotten into betting world and only offer you soccer and basketball, you are pretty wrong. They have been doing bitcoin prices monthly for god knows how many months now and that is one of the brand new things considering there are 5+ year old stuff here. Presidential election thing is basically a show to everyone how things are changing as well.

If you look at it previously you could see that there was a lot of people who wagered on Bernie, that moved to Biden that moved to Trump that now moved back to Biden again. I am not saying highest wagered, but most recently got an increase in level of wagered.
