That's a nice strategy. Until your profits cover the total amount in the bets placed you are good to go. But if the profits is less than total amount in bets then that wouldn't be a good strategy.

Looking at how this is unfolding, I have a feeling that I'm going to lose all my bets. I didn't cover any ranges between  $22,000 and $30,001, and it looks like BTC will end this year right in that interval. Now my only hope is for Bitcoin to cross $30,001. In that case I'm winning 128k sats, 3x of all my bets combined.

Seeing how things are going $30k don't look impossible for the next year but in the next 5 days? That's going to be tricky. I wouldn't really expect that kind of a pump soon right after that big pump we already got... but hopefully you are going to make a lot more than 128k sats just by holding when btc goes above $30k.

The Wheel of Fortune works great imo, I want the stars as my alt site background    I think its because the BTC price got so high that we see the base faucet reward alter alot in percentage terms at this extreme.   It can go from 10 sats to 8 sats in an hour which is 20% and I know people say whats it matter but I guess this is the core drive of the site in some ways so maybe swaying that much in pay percent is note worthy.  Its possible if BTC continues to be as successful price wise the faucet in long term view probably does transition.

I think the wheel of fortune will replace the faucet in the long run. I remember not too long ago I was claiming 25 sats each hour from the faucet, and this has gradually dropped to 18 sats until the bull rally happened which leaves me with 8 sats/hour to claim.

BTC covered more ground between $10K and $24K than it covered in previous years' rallies so it's possible in the not-so-distant future that when the price reaches $160K the faucet rewards will drop to 1 sat/hour. And lower amounts will not be feasible for the site so this approach of giving people 50 sats a day in the wheel of fortune is a good idea.

Quite ironic that a Trump fan would quote seneca, especially considering how that specific trump fan can't accept defeat in face of every single legal possible way showing Biden won and literally ZERO prove of wrongdoing, and 100% guaranteed results already with literally electoral college already voted. When you see someone still claiming there could be ANY possible way that Trump could win, and also quote seneca, you know that they are "x is for me, not for thee" type of people in the world and not only want good to happen to them but they would also have bad happen to others in order to feel better about themselves.

Quite a few pages ago I remarked the $25,000 to $50,000 option on the monthly price was the best option given the midpoint is $37,500. So, any price above $25,001 is closest to that mid point until you get to $50,000 which would mean the price more than doubling from the start of the month.  Unlikely, but some people felt it worth a wager.

Is that how it works maybe its slightly prone to assumption so Im not sure tbh, now I wonder and should have asked more at the time but its which price is closest to each fixed number.     So we have wide margins, 25k and 50k is most relevant here which is pretty epic size to be guessing.        I do agree we can run all the way upto 30k before month end however unlikely it seems the momentum is to fall upwards as I heard someone describe it.
   But the big but here is which is correct at 30k, 25k bet or 50k bet.    Its literally labelled just one number not a range of prices so I think its just which is closest ?   In that case, 30k price at new years eve makes the 25k bettors the collectors of this prize.

    Am I reading it wrongly, just for the sheer audacity I hope the 26x bet pays off to whoever had the guts but my view was it'd have to pass 37.5k hence be closer to 50k in terms of rounding it off to the nearest guess.  Either way I should have put a couple dimes down on 50k.  A blow off top still makes 37.5k not impossible just arguably you dont want BTC to resemble a volcano

A Senator and a member from the House of Representatives would need to object to the results on January 6th, which would trigger a vote in both houses. The results would only be thrown out if, in this vote, a majority of senators and a majority of representatives agree that the results are not valid.

I placed bets on Trump to win but it didnt swing that way despite the polls being off once again I dont expect any change to the news and if this news changes in various legal ways we are going to hear about it every day non stop for possibly years so repeating it here isnt required.    I love long odds, the incredibly unlikely bet that comes through but I dont expect to win all my bets & it never goes all my way.  The politics discussion is for another forum section as theres no numbers or bets in there for us to take a view and place a bet.   People move onto the next bet in this section, thats how gambling goes but in politics section they'll spend 4 years arguing the case Im pretty sure.    I'm interested in the varying odds for the Georgia Senate race if you want to start a new thread, that'd be immediately relevant and its a key race.

Anyhow I'm watching the BTC price race up and its pretty off the hook at present, its peaking towards the 30k target that is supposed to complete this bullish cycle.   It might not be the end there, just thats its surprising we catapult like this way and the odds reflect that unlikelihood.  I almost expect it to meet the 64x odds of over 30k but seems like it can very easily be one of these two, the main test is Monday trading as we meet main markets late on Sunday this is the Japanese open.   There is some caution, volume also peaked on Dec 17th which can mean lower accuracy in pricing on lower volume.
