I don't know what you call a regulator precisely but in my country, no authority tracks and flags citizen wallets, it would be illegal. Police can investigate when a crime has been committed thanks to crypto funds but can't say to anyone, this address is dirty we forbid you to receive funds that went through it one day. AML laws are not my idea, i am just following public announcements on what coming so i can prepare better. And obviously they can't shut down fully decentralized casinos as long as they don't have any element of centralization. But i was merely talking about tracking the funds.
So far casinos seem to have way less regulations as they don't need an exchange license and i haven't yet seen any info on how FATF would deal with money coming trough fully decentralized casinos, but one doesn't need much imagination if you had read about the travel rule that most platforms have prepared for a long time now.

Yeah, winning main prize with just 160 tickets is amzazing, but there was more unbeleavable stories, like guy winning prize with just 1 ticket, though, don't remember was it 1st prize or no. While there users with millions of tickets - most likely they haven't bought any. They're whales who gamble a lot and receive tickets in such way. BTC that they win in lottery is just tips for them.
Like this round, user with 100 tickets won 0.01299670 BTC or someone with 200 tickets got 0.00324918 BTC. And for whales this round wasn't lucky.

Dont have to get into hundreds, even 20k tickets would require a lucky win of about 1 in 10,000 odds to play out.    Anything less then that can only be an unexpected event because for a weekly lottery 10k weeks is 192 years, its not very likely to ever occur.  However many people have similar amounts hence someone wins with that holding from the overall group.

Funny enough when i fist found freebitco.in their GUI and ADS looked so shady that i thought there would be no freaking way i would deposit anything there. It's been 2 days I claim daily WOF in email and I try to claim but the captcha image doesn't appear just loading, why not use captcha from google.com and why use captcha from hcaptcha.com, because of that I have to use a private browser to claim

Everyone of us is hopeful until Sunday that our name will be next in that list yet we cannot be that disappointed if we don't see our name on that list because we are more than 50 million users here and only 10 people are in that list,so they truly are the lucky ones.

All captchas work well in my phone,it is an old Samsung a couple of years old but works well and that captcha happens only in the email WoF,if you are a Premium Member in the daily WoF it does not need a captcha but as long as you can access them through a private browser I think it is good enough.

If that's the case, I'd say the problem is on your end. As @piebeyb already suggested, clear your browser cache and history if you're having trouble with the captcha. Especially anything related to the freebitco.in site. Btw, hcaptcha works perfectly fine on my end and I personally find it a better solution than google captcha which has given me headaches on multiple occasions.
