You are correct, but personally, i am assuming that before a tournament is open is open to the public to bet on, there us usually a certain amount of odd the casino divide between the two teams equally, then from there, the betting starts.
The team that is getting more bets from gamblers would have its odds reducing significantly while the other team that is not receiving bets would have its odds increasing, but immediately the team without bets begin receiving bets from gamblers, their odds will start reducing too while the odds of the other team increases.

I have a feeling what you describe is a 'regular' betting calculation, where organizer decides about bets. In freebitco all these calculations looks a little different, as there is direct impact of bets to odds. House does not decide/propose/set final odds, all comes from participants.

Yes, you're right. I wasn't clear enough in my explanation. Of course, not all bets are of equal strength. The amount of a bet is more important than its number of participants.

I really don't know the timing of it and how that part is calculated, there must be some algo that makes sure that it is somehow worked into it. However, there is a good level of a difference there too, like lets say you wagered on France as soon as it was opened, and then someone else wagered on France a bit before the game, right before the bet was closed and you could definitely see the difference between those two bets. The p2p part is definitely the amount and not the amount of people but the amount of bitcoins wagered on it, but the difference between early betting and late betting is staggering and should be kept in mind, hence why I wager as soon as possible when it is opened.

Yes, I have also noticed this. The odds at Freebitco keep on changing even before the start of the match and that's why we also see the odds at all other sports betting sites before the start of the match is different as compared to the odds offered by Freebitco.

One thing i like about freebitco bets is their transparency in showing exactly how many bets are placed in favor of teams. Usually, we only see the odds but not this type of detail in other sports betting sites.

The only complaint i have from freebitco is that they offer a very limited number of bets, unlike other casinos where the betting choices are way more. But then we can think the freebitco is different than all those sites and also a bit different and unique.
