There are obviously lots of things you can do with your balance other than withdraw it so only checking the withdrawal history before contacting support and expecting me to check all their other activity for them is going to be fruitless. I really don't have time to audit people's accounts for them. This one only took me 10 seconds to find which is longer than it would have taken for them to do it themselves.

Very funny indeed 🤣, I just can't believe what stories people sometimes come up with, I had about 0.0008 bitcoin which I left on my FreeBitco account totally forgot, I did not access my account for almost 2 years, I even totally forgot a casino with the name FreeBitco exists because at that time, I wasn't  also active on this forum, when I eventually came back, I saw a FreeBitco signature ad and remember I left some sats on the casino, I remembered my login details quite well, so I opened the site and logged in, and my btc balance was just as it was there..

So personally, I think it's either the dude is lying, just wanting to create fud, or somebody had access to his account, and probably because for some reason, they can't withdraw the sats, they decide to waste for him through gambling it.

It was a bit ticklish to actually read that, I believe there is something strange about this account, why is it now being accused in the other direction, while I haven't accessed my account for several years, nothing has changed, all funds are safe and not lost, I don't know these people are paid to drop this site or indeed someone wants to give a bad image, but again there is no problem with this site, maybe the problem has got an answer from the team it's just maybe he doesn't accept it.

Why would admins risk the site's reputation to defraud you of 0.001btc? Does it make sense to you? There are plenty of people with way higher balances and it seems that you're the only one experiencing such problem, so don't be surprised if your story is not very believable. I tend to believe it wasn't a fault from freebitco.in, because if it was a practice from the platform to cheat on users, they wouldn't be alive with a loyal base of users since 2013 on crypto industry. If they were cheaters we would see lots of similar cases in a daily basis on this forum brought up by other members, which would consequently completely ruin their reputation, and that is not the case for real.

Instead, we just see isolated cases from times to times where the main suspicion is that it's all about a gambler who lost money and is facing a denial stage on a potential addiction process.

If you put google passcode as your password then I dont see how somebody else would be able to get into your account. If someone has the capabilities of getting into an account like yours, that means he has pretty much alot more access to other less protected accounts. It wouldnt even make sense for the site's administrator to even get into your account just to let you lose that money that you collected so it could be someone else that use your desktop or phone to access your account? seems plausible

Easy point to make for most sites and this one definitely is any gambling the site already gets a cut of your game.  Messing around with random peoples accounts would soon amount to far greater losses then the relatively small amounts gained in doing so, it wouldnt be advisable.
     I had an account ages ago but never registered it with an email I guess or who knows how I was so casual, it was just working off a cookie on a browser.   Can never remember logging in, I have tried various things it could be linked to but I dont even have the same email but anyway Im sure it wasnt much in the balance there but also the price was 100 dollars or less so imagine the scale the faucet would have been at then.
   I also collected faucet stuff elsewhere but I dont think any of them lasted like this site has, again I lost track of it when I switched machines so opps on that one but I saved most of what I mined ten years ago very sure apart from the hardware I paid for in BTC, that was tons but the change I left in coinbase for years and that change covered not just one part but all the parts by the time I remembered it;  so I have been lucky basically.
   Any site that last this long is valuable, I believe it helps BTC itself in long term usage.

Hey me too. I had the freebitco.in account soon after i started my road on crypto. I found that i had way more then i thought in dollars when i logged in 2017. In fact at the latest bull run i found 0.01 bitcoin from here and there, they were forgotten to casinos and exchanges as they were something like $5 when i put them in there, not worth withdrawing so i forgot them for a long time.

Now i found a list of the gambling sites i had an account back in time and sad to say most of them are down already. Freebitcoin is one of the few that's still standing. They never touched my money and i thought when i first joined in it that surely this is an exit scam happening sooner or later .
