Did you lock a low amount? I thought you'd have gained if you held tokens for a year and locked them from the spins you get? I can't remember what price I bought mine for now but I think it's roughly about the same balance as what I deposited including if I cashed the reward points.

I think you should be able to recover the dropped % margin through WOF. You should be able to spin good amount of wheel of fortune considering you are having 10WOF per day. By the time of maturity you would have spun around 3650 wheels which are surely enough to get you hundred thousand  sats and RP. This can easily happen considering the past experiences of the fellow members. I saw someone rolling 1000 spins and he was able to collect that much. This already made us investment into profits. Try your luck by collecting those spins and then rolling them all at once. I hope you won’t regret it and also you could always continue to hold them next year as well.

That is a risk which is always associated with any investment,trading any person does,I bought most of my FUN which was near 75.000 with 28 Satoshi and I sold all of them when they were 39 Satoshi so I made quite some good money by trading them and now I only have 7000,but I am buying with all the money that I get daily from WoF and free rolls plus referrals that click sometimes now and then and buy FUN at 19 Satoshi which is a bargain.I am in for the long run and I know in the next bull run the FUN token will most likely go back to 100 Satoshi each,so patience is the virtue of the winner and also my advice to you.

If you think it's an useful and cool token with good fundamentals, and you thought 36 sats were a good price, surely you are buying them with nearly 50% discount to recover more easily.
Because since they are locked, only thing you could do is DCA more of them until price recovers, unless that decrease you are predicting is going to be radical and you think it won't.

You have not lost, thats not how it works lol    The market has to offer a price no matter what, that does not mean its accurate and correct in entirety.  If the asset is being used and yes the main use of the token is on the website so you are using it; thats not a loss its a use.   Pricing is something else, that logic can apply to every asset pretty much but instead its super common for people just to gamble on prices fair enough thats the thinking of this customer base.  However in this particular case it is a working asset, some may dislike/like really dislike all of crypto again fine but I have to point out the difference I wouldn't encourage anyone to buy too much or what they cannot use but a fair balanced buy vs your use of the site thats fine imo.   Ditto many asset types try to stay balanced, the world is getting more volatile imo.
 
  You dont have a loss till you sell at the bad price, dont enter into a situation where you must do so and same goes for BTC; its bad for all of us if people speculate and bet the price goes up using borrowed cash then BTC prices goes into a rollercoaster plunge (every asset under influence of leverage will do that in the end).    Pretty much that happens every time, I'm over feeling sick its normal now crypto has these swings be chill :p

Thanks for the explanation, I really didn't know that option existed, and maybe I could use it myself sometimes - of course if it is possible to turn on/off the option whenever you want. Although I have been a user since 2014 or 2015, it seems that I will have to study all the options a little more

I totally love your dedication on spinning the roll though. I would not even last few days consistently spinning those rolls, in fact I havent really touch my account for some time lol unless if I feel like betting on the btc prices range with my leftover balance in there.

Its worth doing due to the transformative way BTC price has moved through multiple orders of magnitude higher.   So when I first heard of BTC it was right near its launch, because Im on a tech forum have been for decades.  I was involved in PGP back in 2000 while it was banned also SETI@home a few other things back then (partly that explains the anonymity of Satoshi imo) so BTC was nothing much at all and even the (casual) users thought well this wont last past the end of year its just a fad or apparition whatever a momentary thing. But my failure in optimism was poorly placed and I already knew some of the background, ongoing currency weakness will accelerate etc.   That lack of foresight is not especially forgivable hence I do think its worth doing the faucet spin at a minimum etc.   because 100k BTC or similar silly sounding targets are somehow feasible and a little bit now will actually be worth more later hence I remain optimistic quite justifiably at this point tbh.


I've rolled it over 10,000 times, pretty surprising as I dont sit there with an alarm clock waking in the night to spin it 24 hours a days lol    What I seem to remember is that despite that 10k times, I would need to spin 20k times to actually say my chances of hitting the top prize are even, is that correct?  Something to do with the rounding up or down way of deciding numbers I think, so getting the top prize is actually twice as hard as it appears.

I thought, when you sell all your tokens purchased at the start of the premium membership launch is the end of interest in fun tokens, and there will be no interest in investing in these tokens anymore.
But indeed altcoins are often very tempting because if the price goes up it can provide huge profits, when the FUN Token drops to 40 Satoshi many think it's the cheapest price but it turns out that now it has fallen 50% from the price that is considered the cheapest and surely many also still think this is the cheapest price but, there is a great chance to down even up to the price of only 10 Satoshi, so the risk of loss is very wide open.
The total locked tokens are still quite a lot of 2.7 billion so there are still many who are still investing because they believe the price will improve but I sold it a few months ago of course at a loss after finishing locking it for a year and currently only have around 3,500 left and only intend to buy the results from WoF not by making a deposit to buy it.

Honestly, a current price drop of FUN is a discount for getting that premium membership. I have already locked up around 22,000 FUN, however, I started with a basic 12,500 lock up, then I got the 25% paid back, added more FUN from the free satoshi that I kept winning from the WOF and rolls daily. This way I am doing nice compounding here and able to increase my balance a lot.

For now, I have stopped WOF spinning considering the base price is too low so I am going to buy the FUN out of pocket. The main is reason is I am very close to the next level of premium membership package. This way I will be able to increase daily WOF numbers and have more out of it.

To be honest, I often do this because in this way, spinning the free money to collect FUN is a good way to collect it as a long-term investment, every week I always buy BTC from free spins to add FUN funds to my freebitcoin account. even more.
