Good question, I mainly bought FUN tokens in the beginning when they launched their premium membership so my average buying price is quite high. If they really drop low compared to BTC, I would buy some but mainly to sell them when the price is back up. Yeah, it's good that the freebitcoin team decided to add some new ranges for betting. Although it looks like the ranges below $0.005 might be losing this month since the FUN token suddenly went up. Adding a price range to FUN Token bets provides an opportunity for bettors to get better odds, because bettors will choose several ranges to open up opportunities to win.

Doing due diligent research is necessary for everyone who want to spend money for investing or trading but it is not enough. They must understand two more things. First, the market is a zero-sum game so if you win, someone else loses money. If you lose your money, someone else win. It's not a market for everyone to win even Bitcoin has very good growth since 2009, there are people who lost money by investing and trading in Bitcoin. If they entered and exited like buy high, sell low, they are losers and they can not blame it on Bitcoin or call Bitcoin is scam. Bitcoin is not a Santa Claus to bring gifts, profit to everyone.

Nice catch but good to hear! Lets hope they will continue as the price is still close to its all time low (if you would buy the tokens with sats). That spread is pretty big indeed, on freebitco.in, the spread between buy and sell is always 2 satoshis.

Researching before investing makes us understand the risks and how to overcome them so they don't get bigger. You are already doing a good job buying FUN tokens weekly and saving them for the next year or two. And the crypto cycle will indeed continue again later so we can expect FUN tokens to increase as altcoin season comes.

RE the price increase I think somebody pointed out that FUN was listed on a new exchange.   I looked and I can actually swap from some old tokens I have and not using elsewhere, so maybe I will do that there depending on the cost to do so.  Price increase can happen anyway but news being concurrent makes sense, maybe somebody had sold out their large position prior and flipped to going long on that news with many orders it can lead to a cascade effect.

Anyhow regardless of where price goes its probably fair to hold for the yield, that was my ultimate reasoning for a self determined price.   I personally dont buy into hype speculative trends, there has to be something behind it to really give a reason to buy and then hold.     However there is a big but, I believe a ton of users are purely casual and benefits  are naturally swayed to those who actually save BTC or use BTC on the site, its a percentage gain or cashback etc.   obviously a faucet will have a ton of people who at least initially dont give a dam about any larger picture it has to be assumed many casual non committed users are within the active userbase.    This is why I draw a parallels to BTC itself, I think its a developing situation and the model for continuing a faucet is to develop that very shallow interest into more.  I think BTC is like that as not so many really care for it beyond speculation so we presume more in future.

Well it's a big pump for only a listening on this exchange. If it's the main reason, the market had overreacted IMO and I'm not surprised by the market correction which happened lately. FUN is around 17sats ($0.0051) now. Anyway thank you for the news.

Well, I think the reason for the overreaction is possibly due to the fact that the price of fun token had remains relatively low for a very long time, holders and potential buyers were not really expecting that a listing would happen at the time it did, everybody were probably taken unawares, so the excitement pushed the price above limit, and let us also know that the exchange in question isnt even known, ordinarily, listing on such exchange should not shift the price a bit, but then, it did for fun token because it's been way long investors have expected some kind of developmental progress with the token.
