IT’s not easy to discover a scam bounty. Personally if I see stakes are not updated I ask to telegram group and if after 10 days no one answer me I will leave bounty

Yes, it's really hard to tell whether a certain ICO is legit or not. The problems is, there are scammers that are so good these days from the way the make a concept, the way the make their interactive website and whitepaper just to deceive people and so they could bag a huge amount of money from investors after they leave the ICO and fled.

I cant really determine if the bounty campaign is scam when it is still early. The confirmation regarding this threat can be found when the bounty campaign ends and the bounty manager will try to run out with the funds.

The best thing for you to do is only pick campaigns that are being managed by either a reputable Bitcointalk member or by a respected company such as AmaZix or Bounty0x. By dealing with professionals you will help to ensure that you get proper treatment and value returned for your time and efforts.

Its hard to find which ICOs is legits because the scammers are doing well with there website and there fake profile..actually I also got scams but it doesn't matter..we all experience that.. i think we need to minimize participate scam bounty.. we need to be more vigillant, choose the most reliable, and not the highest allocation.

unfortunately there is no exact data on which you can determine a successful project it, or scam. This I judge from my own experience.

I look at the project first and then their communication on telegram as well. If they're easy to reach and actually respond, they're usually good. I'm currently part of a really good one and they're also airdropping 15,000 tokens per person. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3173983.msg32852311#msg32852311

Great advice. The way the team replies and the way it interacts with the community speaks volumes. Thanks a lot for the links!

How do you know if it is a scam? Because I have encountered a bounty that let me finish all the translations first and didn't respond to me after I have passed it. I hope bounties will not be like this anymore because they demand and we did our part but they didn't do theirs. I hope you could answer my question.
if their developer or the one who manage the campaign is not responding, then it might be a scam project. it's sad that you already finished your work before you able to know if it is a scam. but move forward and forget about that, you can find more promising project than that.

I believe that most people have encountered false projects, there is no way, too many ICO projects will certainly exist false projects.

Basically, I focus on managers, after which I conduct a small study of the company itself, namely the project, the team!

Personally, I rely on the ratings on the sites of many of them, but then noticed that a good rating does not guarantee that the project will be worthwhile, now I rely only on myself

It is impossible to know if a bounty is a scam. You only know it after the end of the ICO and sometimes after some months after the end of the ICO. Scammers are really good to promote their projects.

I haven`t found a successful formula for myself how to recognize SCAM yet.
Scammers are very agile in this matter!
I think that to recognize SCAM will help skills, experience and inner intuition!

Now a lot of scam bounty, even if paid a reward, rate of the token falls due to the situation on market, and profit is very small.
Need to change situation in the bounty, need regulation.

It is really hard to define who is scammer and who is not. But you should look who wrote this particular article about the bounty and examine the project carefully

Currently there are lot of ICO projects and bounty campaigns of them in the field. It is very difficult to find out whether a bounty campaign is scam or not. But can get some idea by looking on team, project concepts, website, roadmap.  Do your own research always before participating any bounty campaign.

It is difficult to know the scam bounty. I often follow reputable members on the forum, they are longtime activists and their campaigns are quite credible.

Yes, I agree with you. It's difficult to answer the question "scam or not?" in the ICO project bounty program. Some of them are indeed scams but there are still many that are legit projects. In essence, as you say, we must be diligent in examining in detail before investing or participating in a bounty. Starting from reading white paper, road maps, to checking the experience of the development team.
