if they don't provide any telegram or so ,well that ico basically its a fraud
example for it ,lately i was doing a bounty for gcox and i come along with some other ppl claiming that they work for gcox dm me and offer me a better reward ,well first thing i do i go to their telegram and ask.In the end the official told me there are some scammers copycat and doing some fraud using their company name.

There are many ways to find it. Look at their website and white paper first of all. Then you can look, are they reached their softcap. If they reached it, then it could be a good one. After you can check their hardcap. And if it happens, this is a bounty for you.

Based on my own experiences, the bounty is a scam if there are not so much precise information and completion of the project while most legit bounties possesses good web designs, prompt answers in telegram, and daily social media updates. Legit bounties also shows and introduced the founders, team, developers and admins of the project. Scam bounties doesn't have much of these. SCAM bounties lack updates, responses, and whitepapers information.

Back on topic - the biggest factor in determining if project is a scam are team members. Do they have valid Linkedin profiles with lot of connections and recommendations? If Linkedin profiles are new with small number of connections that would be big red flag.

The thing is, you never can tell. So you just have to do it on good Faith. Another way to check is checking what the project is about. Do their idea make sense?. Are they doing ICO? Are the coins freely distributed ?. Answering these questions could somehow give you an insight to wat the project developers sense of mind is and whether the bounty is worth trying out.

Maybe there are some teams that have been blacklisted because they have joined the ico project or they could have given a big bonus. Normal ico projects that I know to achieve success usually give a maximum bonus of 50%
