I think the world is not ready for the changes in the technology because unfortunately many people are still dont know about crypto. So i think government and bank are still need of many people because some people are not in technology especially to those people whose not know how it works and to those people that's have no internet in there area. This is a serious matter for us in the society. The cryptocurrency world is booming and nothing can stop it. Third party trust issue had been the controversy which the blockcain technology has come to correct. Banking can continue and but not with banks. What you say is quite logical, but are you sure that ICO really can be trusted? you seem to have forgotten that there is an ICO scam and most ICO are whitepapers and coins named, I do not blame this but the central bank is managed by the government, how we can solve this problem, let alone still many countries that have not legalized cryptocurrency as a means of payment, automatic  we still need bank for FIAT.
