Me personally, I think the fiat bank is still needed for:

1. Safety savings account.
2. Transactions for shopping (still in common use these days).
3. Equal Balance of Fiat Money.
4. Can manipulate their own money via Bank(s).

We still need government to govern us for things that can not be done by civilians or ordinary people such as solving crimes and arresting criminals, protections etc. About bank, we still need it also because we are still using fiat money and many merchants still not accepting crypto as payments.

The title is as dumb as the body. Decentralization is still limited and is not recommended on global scale, even on a county. Blockchain and ico are limted to specifics like for medical and fitness purposes, cyber security, advertisement, etc. but not government and banks. Stop saying stupid things like this.
