I think this a bit confusing especially in 5&7 above, i mean you plan to have a long token sale which is postponed to q2 2019 and at the same time   post-ico stage is running till q1 when listed on exchange, what happens if price on exchange becomes cheaper than the sale in q2?
Wouldn't it be better to round up sales before listing on exchange?
