ETH prices are down very low. Is this the right time to all in ETH?

it was a great time by then and even right now. we are headed towards the 1K again. Everyone should watch out. we will never come back at the prices some TAs are predicting. Good luck to all holders and shame onto panic sellers.

Not so fast I believe, though there is a possibility of a real bull run but it would not happen that easily.
Price can still dump after major pump but because of a bull run, uptrend is more dominant, so IMO, hitting another $1K mark this year is already a big achievement and we hope it would happen.

Ethereum I think it still has an attraction and is one of the right assets to invest. This project is still a favorite as we can see at CMC.

Not so fast I believe, though there is a possibility of a real bull run but it would not happen that easily.
Price can still dump after major pump but because of a bull run, uptrend is more dominant, so IMO, hitting another $1K mark this year is already a big achievement and we hope it would happen.

Etherum is the second most popular cryptocurrency so investing into it is always a good sign of having major profit in future. All we need to wait is a good dip and fill our wallets with etherum for long-term as well as some parts in small-term trading. We have already seen that etherum had crossed $500 and now is ranging between $150-$200 so this is a good dip to get into it. I'm holding some etherum and will only sell once etherum hit $900-$1200.

Seeing some green now, started to rise again and not only ETH but the whole market in the top 100.
XRP had a good jump today, it's getting close to ETH now in the position, they really have a good competition but I like them all to grow.

not all mate . only few user's will say that etherium has a future but majority of them disagree's  . other's still say that etherium is a sh*t coin . they keep on bashing etherium , i dont know whats wrong with even experts and influencial people do also does this things to etherium  .  but imo  , etherium is not a bad coin  .

why add more other coins if you are already confident with etherium and its good future  ?  but yes , eth can still dump and its normal  . buying at the dips is the best way to if that happens  .

maybe it will start from 2019, because we can see the price of the top 10 coins in the exchange starts to persist and tries to pump little by little and I hope the price will keep moving

Great portfolio management, having a decent amount of investment should look like this the way you manage it.
You have to make sure you invested bigger in the most powerful coin in the market which is BTC.

As for me,  I not all in ETH, but I would say I'm heavily invested to it as my ETH tokens is for long term hold.

Already almost 1 year has passed(the market collapsed to the bottom during this time) and I want to believe that now the purchase will bring profit and prices will not continue to fall, as it was a year ago

Actually there are still many good things to invest besides ethereum. it all depends on which one you really believe is an investment for the long term besides ethereum
