Right time to all in ethereum is not absolutely the only thing you could do for there are some altcoins that have some potential like ethereum. Think about for partial to eth and put some to other alts that have your potential pick in the future. I think you can play safe in that case.

That is not good, since all your worth will now be depending on a single coin if that is what you are planning to do. And it only takes a single problem of that particular coin for your portfolio's worth or value to dive. Just add some more coins to your portfolio. Bitcoin's price is also very low. The same is true to the prices of some other altcoins such as Aventus (AVT), or Titanium (TBAR), or Waves (Waves).
