i would not say that.
rather an obscure agitation that outside spectators are not able to fully understand.
some crypto projects have been designed to bring progressively the investor to get lost: i would not say that here, but the result is about the same.

Probably the 1 trillion supply will at one point or another enter public circulation by a loophole or admin key/"hack"  you name it, as we have learned it is how these things usually go inorder to rob investors to the utter maximum.

There is no functional reason for a 1 trillion supply unless it is for the purpose of screwing people over.

It is simply a matter of time.
