I have replaced remaining arrays in skein part of the kernel with variables now.

I have also added windows binary build in https://github.com/reorder/poclbm-skc/tree/master/py2exe since github does not allow to post binaries outside of code tree anymore. Now Windows users do not need python etc to run it

yay, exchange! but plz don't sell out, keep the prices high, might take a while for the ex to get running, so DON't sell low just to make a few btc on the ex if the first skc buyers start with dumplike sellout offers, not worth it! I guess it will take a month at least to get "real" trades on openex, until then the prices need to be stable, after that they should be rising (question is starting from which price ^^)!

edit: and never sell high volumes with one price, instead start a few sell orders with little difference in pricing. psychology - these big single sell walls would press the price down

SKC holders with more than a few k skc interested in doing some promo or something like an "skc-on-exchange-celebration-giveaway" in the next days/weeks with esco and me, just pm me or him

Don't cancel your orders. If you make and cancel an order you will loose ((0.005*0.005)*100)) %. It's a little bug. I contacted r3wt with a description and solution of the bug. (If you do cancel, r3wt has to do an audit.)

Guys, I would appreciate it if someone with a 5xxx and 6xxx radeon could test my modified kernel and tell how did his hps change. That would help to understand if the optimal code is different for VLIW and GCN architectures and implement it accordingly.

I tested on XFX 5870, gpu-engine 850 gpu-memclock 300
previous kernel result: 94.8 MH/s
current kernel result 96.6 MH/s

Profit 1.8 MH/s

New miner doe seem to have lowered the temp a bit but... I have lost probably .5% to 1% hashrate at max settings...

Clocking my 7950 at 1200 and 1800 with +20 nets just under 190MH/s. Previously it was steady at 197MH/s or better with the python implementation.

BUT... I would gladly trade that for NOT HAVING TO MANUALLY RENAME AND CHANGE AMDOCL.DLL EVERY TIME I WANT TO MINE SKC!!!!!!!!!

In other words... this worked perfectly on Win 7 64 GCN drivers. Boom goes da dynamite!

You can simply replace skein.cl file with the one from previous version if it works for you better. As I am not sure what exactly slows it down on GCN (and if it depends on Catalyst version and how exactly if it does), I would rather not implement any dynamic code selection for specific cards in the miner itself.
