Do you trade for money or emotional satisfaction?

If you trade on exchange for emotional satisfaction, i`d say that you are too venturous and trading is like a
casino for you. That is bad, because the profitable trading requir serious attitude to this business. Trading for emotions is bad habit imho.

Emotional satisfaction can be gotten somewhere else as I am sure 100% of people are here for the sake of money,. if it is not like this then what else is the reason for trading that much for long term, making yourself emotional cam make it really hard for you to earn money as you will face rise and fall all the time while emotions won’t let you be stronger so be patience and focus on your actual goal of earning money then being emotional and lose something,.

I have never met anyone who trades or risks it's money only for entertainment, or for hobby purposes, the only ones who do it so, are those who really like to gamble, but altcoins or cryptos are not gambling at all.. so no, not for me.

I do not understand that in the purpose of trading just for what kind of satisfaction, because everything in this forum aims to make money or to make a profit .. and I never heard a trade just for satisfaction or for fun and it is just a waste of time ..

I trade for money, more than the satisfaction that I get when we are able to improve the lives our family, money is the main reason why we are trading. After you get money, after the success from trading, that's when I get the satisfaction from the thing I've done

This is really a psychological aspect of the humans. We often talk about the needs and wants that are to be fulfilled someday. And then on the same side of picture we always try hard to earn some money for coping that needs.The one just trade for emotional satisfaction are the one who's damn rich so money doesn't matter to them as they just do trading more likely as gambling

For me I am eager to trade for money and not for satisfying myself on how I play with day trading same as other's did. If that's their mentality, maybe they shouldn't be trading but rather play gambling lucky bets. Entertainment and trading is different because in trading it involves serious money making, so generally in gambling the impression is fun games with lucky profit expectations.

Putting your this much of the money on stake and that too just because to satisfy your emotional needs is not at all a good thing to do and that the one who will do any such thing will surely be suffering a huge loss at the end of the day. It is better to set some goals in your life and then do the things to achieve those goals as this will give you a motivation and that you will be able to perform better.

No one trade only for emotional satisfaction, all trader want to make money from trading but during trading many trader can not control their emotion. Greedy  and not patient is always enemy of all trader. Only trader who has good psychology  and trading strategy that possible  to make profit.

You are mistaken there are many people that do that, they do not treat trading as a way to earn money in a methodical way they treat trading in a way more similar to gambling, I know it does not make sense but humans do not always make sense, and this is one of those instances, just think about all the people that do dangerous stuff for fun and you will get an idea of the type of thinking of those traders.

I think this topic are combined with the interest, experience and emotional satisfaction because its gets the idea from the other persons which the crytocurrency are being popular. I am trading for money,all they time am putting into trading is not for emotional satisfaction but for money,I can't use because of emotional satification and risky my capital and time. Emotional satisfaction is not important to consider and all you have to consider is to trade for profit. You should not enter other emotional factors in the market and not even panic situations but to trade for profit and this is possible if you apply and obey the market rules.

I think it would be silly if you will do trading for the sake of emotional satisfaction. Trading is not like a hobby or a dream that you can fulfill but it is a method/way/ action that we are doing in which we aim to earn money. It is a process of exchanging money for another money with the goal of gaining profit. A process wherein MONEY is involved and this should be taken seriously.

Emotional satisfaction can be obtained by doing things or buying things that you really like and you could use the money earned from trading to fulfill these.
