Positive thinking works at least 90% if not 99%. For instance, to study in university is a positive thinking aiming at graduating to be a better you. My profession today was as a result of my positive thinking of the past and so it is to many except in few cases where the goals where not achieved.

There’s no shortage of self-help gurus who swear that repeating positive phrases to yourself can change your life, encouraging that if you simply tell yourself “I am strong and successful”, your fears will simply disappear.

If you’ve tried using positive affirmations, you know that it can be a difficult habit to maintain. You may spend five, 10 or even 20 minutes reciting your affirmation, but the other 23 hours of the day? Chances are that your mind drifts back to old, repetitive thoughts that have burned deep grooves in your brain.

It goes without saying that if you command yourself to think “I am abundant and attract wealth”, yet your deeply held core belief is that you are never enough or unworthy of your success, your brain will be quick to incite an inner war. If you trying tell yourself “I am successful”, but you struggle with insecurity regarding your skills and accomplishments, your subconscious may likely remind you of the many times you’ve embarrassed yourself in front of your boss or made a mistake at work (trust me, we’ve all been there!).

For me it really really works. Even i have a bad day it will set me back to be in a good mood just thinking a positive outlook in life. Also it is beneficial with your surroundings and you can be an influencer of good, positive outlook in life. I prefer thinking positive rather than thinking negative wherein it feels really sucks just thinking negative in life. So cheer up!! Everything happens for a Reason Smiley

It is easier to think positive when you feel positive, and there are many things (like sport) that can help you to feel more positive

Of course , positive thinking is the first and foremost thing you need to start something. From my experience it does not work every time. But it is useful.

Hello of course before starting any task you have to be positive about that. For me it really works  good.  but you can't expect 100% efficiency in your work while being positive

It works if you actually believe in your positive thoughts. I'm sure you've experienced a really bad day, and hopefully, someone told you that it would be okay or gave you some words of encouragement. That made you feel good right? So positive thinking is just the same, but instead of someone else telling you it will be okay, you have the courage to tell yourself that it will--- and you will.

Yes, it works. I know a couple of friends who have been faced with impossible situations in which even I myself became a distractor, yet they prevailed. The power of positive thinking is real. I did not believe it, but now I do.
