Positive thinking doesn't always work because sometimes the problem is not you, sometimes it is the negative people around you. But for me most of the time it works. Whenever I'm experiencing a lot of problems, thinking positive things most of the time makes positive results. Cheesy

Researchers have long known that negative emotions program your brain to do a specific action. When that tiger crosses your path, for example, you run. The rest of the world doesn't matter. You are focused entirely on the tiger, the fear it creates, and how you can get away from it.

If you're a trained tiger killer you don't panic and run out of fear, you'r trained instincts come into play and you kill the tiger with your bare hands.  Grin
Well not exactly with your hands but you get the point. Everything can be prevented and learned through practice and experience.

It worked with me all the time. Whenever I have a terrible day that things didn't go in my way, I feel so negative. I want to be angry. But then I keep in my mind that I have to think positive so that I can think properly and it might get the opposite. So that's it. Just be positive all the time even though things are getting negative because eventually, it will turn all into positive.

For me it works ... whenever i am sad i just think of the good times that that i had experienced and it helps me become happy...being a positive thinker also helps me become more patient
