I think investing in cryptocurrency is indeed risky. if the price of coins is down then we will get a loss. no different from altcoin, now the price of altcoin was down and it makes the coin holders feel panic and certainly lose. to reduce the risk of falling coin prices is don't do panic sell because it will make the prices getting down.

This somehow does not always work. Due to the fact that some tokens are not entirely dependent on bitcoin. I've been lost so often myself. I saw a coin that was green during the red market. I decided to wait for her recession and then at the bottom buy it. She keeps falling....

It depends on the coin that you choose.. In investing, you cannot predict what will happen to the coin after months or year.. Expect that all coins are volatile.. Maybe news in crypto can help to choose the coin to invest.. If you think that the goal of that coin is more useful and if there's a lot of investors invest that coin, then it is the right altcoin to invest.. But that is just my opinion in choosing altcoin.. or just invest those popular and coins that belong to top 10..

if you buy at a higher value, you are taking a big risk, because anytime, the price of altcoin might drop during the increase of its value.
but now, when the price of all altcoins are low, its a big opportunity to buy.
