not all altcoins are risky mate I think it depends on your investments and the altcoins you're following

I think there no bad moment to invest in altoins. It's ALWAYS risky to invest in altcoins. Even during a bull run. Risky if you don't take informations about the coin, risky if you d'on't make good researches. So, yes, you can invest now. But be careful. Take your time. Investigate! Always!!!!

Altcoins are always risky and extremely volatile, but currently most of them are very cheap. So If you think about buying into some fundamental interesting coins, now it is a good time for that.

it is not too risky to invest in the altcoin because the altcoin can help us to gain more bitcoin especially if we can sell the altcoin at the high price. but there will need a way to choose the good altcoin that can help us because there are too many altcoins in the market but we don't know which coins that will increase. so we need to analyze every coin and we can found one or more coins that can give us profit.

i think altcoins is not risky , to be honest , if u choose which strong altcoins , like eth , cardano , and the rest is top 10 altcoins rank in cmc maybe.
but , at this moment , market is unstable , alot altcoins price fall , for investment i think this is good time for buying altcoins , because the price is so cheap atm.

As an example I recently picked up SkyChain token on IDEX - price per token has droped in x3 below ICO price but team is working properly, alpha is ready and beta will be realesed in upcoming weeks. Definitely good investment for short speculation.
As for ICOs they are very risky indeed. Probably only one Ubex is good ICO currently. The rest very and very risky ones

Glad to know not only me is confident about Ubex and SkyChain tokens! Ubex is hyped ICo but SkyChain is currently in stealth mode, but Im confident it will abound in beauty very soon!!!
