Illiteracy is the cause of poverty. We know a cup of coffee (Starbucks) = 20 notebooks, or a school bag, or two pairs of slippers for poor children in Vietnam.
bitcoin can help poor children in underdeveloped countries and developed countries, we are heading towards it, that is "Equality", in the future I'm sure no one is too rich and too poor, maybe Bitcoin can not help all the current generation out of poverty, but the generation after us will definitely be helped by Bitcoin...

As far as I know there are charities that accept bitcoin as a mode of payment or mode of donation. But this is a very minimal kind of impact to the underdeveloped countries. The only thing that I can think of bitcoin's use for the lessenning of poverty is to make them earn money from investing in bitcoin. Making them join online jobs through bitcoin payment.

I strongly agree this point. Because if they know the basic communication skill and basic education. It will help the people to work in online to get some payment in weekly or monthly.Even they can participate in signature to get some wre
It's not an easy as you think. -As much as possible, direct salary is most preferred because they can used it right away once they received it unlike in cryptos. -Even they learned some things needed to work on cryptos like on signature as you mentioned, adults tend to focus in finding jobs around the area because they needed money right away. It will take time to learned signature campaign and with the current status of forum ranking that will be more difficult. -Online tools. Rather than buying PC or any platforms to accessed the web, a standard family will choose to spend on basic and important needs. Plus accessing internet also has a cost which I doubt poor families will prioritized it first.

Doubt that it can help, usually these countries are not well educated and probably have no idea what a PC or Bitcoin is.
Well you are right but if they are not well developed or under development it does not means they are uneducated or they are not aware of the new technologies, I have the same situation, I live in under developing country but bitcoin is known to us, we are making money from it, we are earning from bitcoin as it gives food to my family, it makes me get everything my family need, I don’t invest I only make free money from bitcoin, but I am trying to save some income and invest as well because investment makes bitcoin able to change our life from middle class to the high category class.

Actually bitcoin can't help people because bitcoin just a virtual currency, it's depend on those people who use bitcoin. For those people who have a lot of bitcoin and have concern for children, they can donate their bitcoin to help children especially in undeveloping countries.
Yes that is right to say that the only way for which we can sue bitcoin to help the children in underdeveloped countries, is to donate bitcoin to them. I think some many NGOs are already working there, they are busy for solving their basic problems so i am sure they will even accept bitcoin as for funding them to help the needy children in underdeveloped countries where they are already working.

Yes bitcoin can help poor children in underdeveloped countries and not only there as every person that is striving with poverty can be uplifted. But it's not going to automatically, they need to invest and have bitcoin before it all happens. Let's say a young tech nerdy kid from underdeveloped country that new bitcoin when it was around $100 and he has $100 from his pocket savings and tune in to bitcoin until it grows. He decided to hold for a long term and now for sure that investment is worth big bucks.

It could be that if there is a team of bitcoin users by raising a fund in the pile then distributed to them the poor ,so as to help their economy with funds from the rich ,bitcoin cannot move itself so that it can help the poor there must be an intermediary

Bitcoin is just a new form of money by itself it is not going to do anything to help anyone, but it can be used by people to help other people around the world and the best thing is that you can help those that may not have bank accounts so bitcoin is opening the door to help people that you will not be able to help otherwise but at the end it will depend on those that hold bitcoin.

Yes it can why not? I understand what you mean. People who have not experience lack in life could drink a single cup of coffee in starbucks or eat in expensive restaurants and not care for the less privileged. But cannot blame them, they worked for they money. But if one is sensible enough as you said instead of drinking coffee in starbucks he can just toss it to the children who would want to go to school but have no shoes.

Bitcoin or cryptocurrency in general will not help poor children directly. Especially of this poor children don't have access to anything about cryptocurrency. People who's given the opportunity and been blessed with cryptocurrency or bitcoin, then they are the ones can help the poor children in underdeveloped countries. End of the day, it is still human affection. Love to humanity is the key, bitcoin is just a source of energy to make it happen.

Bitcoin is just a currency and bitcoin itself cant do that. But the owner of it can, for example you are earning an stable amount of bitcoin here, by that you can donate and help yhose poor children who really needs help. We people who are more knowledable and have a capabilty must be the pne who will help them to change their life into something better like we have.

Bitcoin gave wealth to those early adopter and to those who are lucky enough who save/bought bitcoin in very cheap price.
Helping children or people specially who live in places called 3rd world or under developed countries are within the hand of people who have open arms and big heart to share blessing.

Bitcoin itself is not going to turn to a human to help. You and I are the ones who will create that platform to help from the wealth you must have accrued from being an early adopter of bitcoin.
Do as much as you can in your own little way and if we all keep that going, you'd be surprised at the number of poor children's life you will be touching. We all have a part to play!
Good points there mate! The fact is from what the OP has stated, it should be noted that bitcoin is just a payment tool and a currency and asides from being decentralized, it does not mean it would itself just start making changes to the way things are or helping the poor. Firstly, these caliber of people will not even have access to it, secondly, like you said, we can only help in our own little way to start some charity organization in some of these places to help out, if we are capable as a long term bitcoin investor and have more than enough. It is more like giving back to the society.

Right, but digital currency now offers a very efficient way to funnel money into charities and NGOs working in various places around the world. The ease of investment of cryptos is already being discussed as the fuutre of charities.

Yes of course, if bitcoin will insist to help to those who are in need, why not? Because helping others starts with you. Not in a organization or any other group. It starts with every individual who have a good heart to help those children or anyone who are in need.

Bitcoin can't help anyone, what bitcoin can give is hte opportunity for eveyone to make their lives better. No one can change lives if the human itself will not accept the help to change. bitcoin is just a currency online and if people know how to earn and will grab the opportunity they will get the change that bitcoin want to share.

I don't know how bitcoin as currency can help to them. But bitcoin gave to everyone technology called blockchain and many creative people runned useful projects based on blockchain. So as idea, some of projects can't act like starbucks and donate % of their profit to help poor children in underdeveloped countries.
