Panic selling never happens without a reason. There will be a trigger behind every panic selling episode. And this time, I believe that the trigger came from the Mt Gox trustee. He has declared that he is going to liquidate more than 200,000 coins, which belong to the Mt Gox users.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Nowadays, a lot of downwards price momentum could be also attributed to margin liquidations and tight stop losses which then act like a chain reaction.

Panic selling will have more negative effect for bitcoin price, we always faced panic selling when bitcoin on very low price, we have take bad action to sell our bitcoin because afraid about bitcoin will be on very low price. But by panic selling will make bitcoin very low price again, we don’t know we have make bitcoin price is dump. Many investor always take this moment when bitcoin on low price to buy bitcoin, they are try to no sell their bitcoin.

Yes, because panic selling is the same as meaning we contribute to increase offer. The more people who panic selling means more supply than demand. If the supply is more than the demand, the value automatically goes down.

That's right, I also think that way.
From the logic alone, more and more people are selling Bitcoin this will cause chaos in the Cryptocurrency market to go down especially if those who do Bitcoin sales in large quantities then the value of the price will certainly be down very drastically.
Therefore we must always be patient and calm in the face of a decline in price Bitcoin do not do sales when panicked. It will have a major impact on the Cryptocurrency market.

Definitely yes, those panic selling contributes towards the price of bitcoin goes down. We cannot mandate those who have btc to hold for a while and not to sell. But definitely those strong hands can gain benefits when they hold their btc price can recover for sure.

Yes one of the reasons of bitcoin price fluctuations could be because of panic selling. Panic selling would mean a lot of sellers resulting to a high supply and since there are many supplies the competition if its price will go down.

Yes I think so, selling out of panic due to the reduce value of bitcoin can somehow contributed to the downfall of it price... it ended up only those who has the capacity to buy bitcoin sell in low price earn much from these because when bitcoin price gets up gain their profit double or tripled

I also think that way.
Panic Selling can affect the price in the Cryptocurrency market.
Should be in doing Cryptocurrency trade do not panic, you have to calm down and think logically.
When many sell Cryptocurrency then that's when the Cryptocurrency price drops.

Never sell during a panic when the courses have already visibly depreciated.
In any case, an asset remains on the hands that is likely to grow.

The type of a right investor is not easy to panic, when the price drops then they actually buy more, I think we have a lot to learn from the success stories of shareholders and bitcoin holders, they never panicked and assume that whatever happens can always get a profit.

This latest Bitcoin price dip comes in the form of another 6% decline. Even though the momentum looked fairly positive this morning, something has triggered a massive sell-off. The reason behind this unexpected momentum remains unclear to everyone,or it is panic selling.

Absolutely right because of lots of us do panic selling rather than to hold . When the demand of bitcoin is low then the price will go down also but if holders will buy more when the price drops it will make the price goes up again because the demand is high.

We cannot convince them because their the one who will decide what will going to their bitcoin the only thing we can do is to hold our bitcoin and ignore those negative news and you are right panic selling can contributed to the dump, as believer of blockchain technology we need face this kind of obstacle, we need to be more patience and I know for long term holding the price of bitcoin will become more valuable in the future.

A bad news is one of the cause of panic selling and because of this, the price of bitcoin is continuously down. The second is the Whales ,controlling the price of bitcoin to do some dumping tactics  to earn a lot of money .

if the price goes down you should not have to panic and sell the bitcoin you have because if you panic and sell it, it will make the bitcoin price decrease because bitcoin price depends on the demand, if many sell the bitcoin price will decrease

Yes it is because when people panic sell the amount of bitcoin in the market increases thus increasing the supply which mostly during this times the market also have very low demand of buyer in bitcoin. Which is why experienced trader who were capable of buying bitcoins at this point buy in bulk to increase their holding until it recovers.
