Digital currency is fairly new to the public and it definitely needs some rules to hold it in place and for it to be a norm. Regulations are made to keep society in order and with the entrance of digital currency it needs to have regulations so that it can't be used illegally.

Most importantly, we are not the person who can influence direction to cryptographic money aside to from government. Computerized cash resembles with paper cash however they are diverse in highlights and process in utilizing, them two have a similar use. Crypto and fiat have esteem and they are cash. When we discuss the cash, we additionally discuss how the economy streams. Government forced a law in computerized money since it can be a wellspring of wrongdoings. In the event that the administration won't control digital money, it can be an apparatus some time or another to make a war and will result to a contention in our general public.

We need to regulate digital currency 'cause its fairly new and it still needs some rules to hold it in place. Its for the better of the public and the society. This also means that the government is ready to accept digital currency. Making regulations is just there for digital currency to fit in the society and in the norm.

Digital Currency like bitcoin doesn't need to be regulated. If bitcoin goes under regulation, then many things will change in blockchain technology. Bitcoin can't make transactions anonymously. Governments will know all the aspects, but the value or the price of bitcoin may improve. But we love bitcoin, not for only the high price. Instead, we love the decentralized system of Bitcoin. But, if, bitcoin acceptfor regulations then the government will make outstanding money through it. Personally, I don't want to see bitcoin in under governments rules.

Bitcoin has never been anonymous, so nothing has really changed in that regard, and nothing will change. Bitcoin's anonymity has been blown way out of proportion by the mainstream media. You can't lose something (anonymity) that you never had in the first place. Overall, regulations will help further decentralization of the market, which is something we can only be happy about. I don't think that without regulations people would ever care as much as they do now about decentralization. It makes people aware of the fact that even here they aren't free from governments and banks terrorizing them. Why using online wallets when we can do it ourselves? Why buying from exchanges as non trader when we can do it locally in a peer to peer manner?

Digital currency is to change the world, many of which were positive, to a certain extent, they pose a containment of the government, gave the people an alternative, but that doesn't mean they don't need to be regulated.
One of the core reason is: anonymous, do not track, not regulated digital currency will make form a closed loop technology crime, money laundering and terrorist, and disappear from unsolved bits, bytes, while the impact damage with each person in this world.
If every penny of extortion is tracked, is there enough motivation and courage to launch a WannaCry to attack the world?
Actually, the way it is today, I personally do not think that we need regulation for any crypto out there. But in a sense, we still need regulation because most of the governments wants this amd this will help it become legal in more countries which will push mass adoptuon. And yeah, there are also benefits like less scams, less crimes with crypto stealing etc. The only sad thing would be the fact that this happening would mean we are abandoning the ideologies of satoshi or the satoshi team.

Regulation is needed because else there won't be mass adoption.
It will then remain the hideout of small retail investors like us, some hedge funds & venture capital and then off course criminals using (true) anonymus altcoins.
With prices mainly driven by speculation, pump & dump groups and whales planning the direction. This will not draw in the masses.

Its true that digital money needed to be regulated because even though it gives such a good opportunity it is still can be a threat in the world financing government.Cause people may not use banks anymore and withdraw all funds from there and stop using the governments services

Digital currencies have changed a lot, digital currencies do need to be organized so as not to happen for abuse by criminals, and with those rules will make the user feel comfortable.
that bitcoin must be arranged so that bitcoi abuse is not free to use bitcoin. because people like that, surely will slowly destroy the bitcoin that has grown like this

For me, there needs to be a certain degree of regulation. Particularly, I am in favor of a regulation that aims to ensure a balance between the interests of Bitcoin stakeholders (especially those who want to preserve Bitcoin’s benefits) and the interests of regulators who want to ensure the compliance of Bitcoin stakeholders with the law.

Since digital money can be used by anyone, it might use properly or the other way around. It might use for some people for illegal activities like money laundering. Regulating it will minimize those things to happen.

That tracking issue is a very easy to solve. Our governments is there to help us and they could easily impose a certain wallet that you can only use to transfer money that is trackable then banning other wallets that cannot be downloaded or else you will be jailed if caught.

The need for digital currency is a development of a comfortable environment under regulations, not an unrestricted abuse. Why Bitcoin causes many people's resentment, because many times, it is linked to illegal trade and terrorists, so it should be subject to modest restrictions.

In my own opinion the good about regulating something is for this can have the borderlines and will also have the don’ts and dos. In the case of regulating digital money this is for the benefits of all to have a guidelines on how this must be used properly. Because there are no regulations on digital money some of the thief’s had already used the name of crypto currencies in there criminal activities. Which may will not happen if there are regulations that were been followed. But I think the real question now is that do the crypto currencies willing to be regulated and who is the one who will regulate them?

Government cant regulate the digital currency itself because its decentralized and limited by nature but they can regulate the exchange that is incorporated to their country. They can control of what coin/token can be traded in their country. They can also decline any coin/token that they've found no value at all or in short a shitcoin.

Yes, we do. Because it tends to help us secure more our investments and would try to less those scams that are coming out in the community. We should try to support it too.
