To my regret there are less and less good airdrops and to be honest i don't see any reason to participate in most of them,because it is time wasting.
Do you really think that good airdrops will return to this market?

My experience was mostly negative. Most did not pay me. But the reward from a few people who sent me awards was of little value. I'm still looking for airdrops from time to time to bring me money.

The title of this thread is bit provocative, but the fact is that most people have a bad experience with airdrops. According to several airdrop hunters I spoke to, the majority ICOs don't pay out at all.

What's your experience with airdrops? Did you get scammed most of the times?

The statement 99% of airdrops are scam, I would definitely disagree, maybe we could say 70% of it are scams., based on my experience before, way back 2017 making money from airdrops are easy and can easily be liquidated, but due to the massive growth of cryptocurrency and the token market, airdrops has been abused and used for marketing, and some of them has not been paid, and some others used for hacking and scamming wallet, hackers and scammers nowadays used airdrops as a means to get money from the participants and this must be stop. The only way to stop this is to be aware of forms we filled up, for instance, if the airdrops requested to submit the MEW private details, it might be scam. So be aware, its just a matter of self awareness.

Not really, because some of this airdrops are real and true. They are just delayed and very long to distribute because some ico extending and postponed their ico. These may seemed scam but they are distributing it amidst delayed.

it's true a lot of airdrop now that are just scam or fraud but not all airdrop like that, maybe there are still one or more airdrop which is true pay, so you have to be careful in choosing airdrop so as not to meet with airdrop scam

Back in the day, airdrop was a good source to earn some cash while now it has turned into nothing. They either scam people's money or just failed to operate their project. I think airdrop will be worthy again when bullrun comes.

i aggree with you that most of airdrop is scam. but not 99% maybe 80-90%
this year so fucking bad, many bounty, airdrop, coin goes down and scam

for now Airdrop is very untrustworthy so if someone follows it I suggest not to expect too much because indeed if at this time Airdrop is a warehouse of fraud. only lucky people can get a good Airdrop because a very small percentage of success finds a good Airdrop.

I mean yeah airdrops are just always gonna be like that, its the first sign that the company is a live and it wants to start their story, if you say 50% of ICOs succeed, than imagine what little amount of airdrops do it as its the first step

some of the airdrop does give tokens that do not have a price when it is already in the market in my opinion the developer just wants profit. and for airdrop campaign participants, you should still be careful when following airdrop campaigns like that, you must be smart to do analysis before following the Airdrop

Oh, it is hard to imagine that scam is going on and it takes place in this sphere too. I will not be surprised if there will be scamcoins  in the future.
