It was profitable once,  but the market has changed totally and the bears have taken over.
With bears very unpleasant situation. They do not constantly press the market, and give him a time of freedom. Then all investors mistakenly believe that the market resists and slowly goes up. But if we compare it with the rate of two months ago, we can see that the market is almost back to the bottom from which it started. I think it's just football from goal to goal, not a bear market.

As long as the coin is promising, it is a good idea to buy it on DEX before it is listed on big exchanges.
You should be careful though in the first hour, since it is always pumped then.

It depends on the coin that we pick. Some ICOs ave good and promising coins for the future. they are that have the good project and concept. Additionally, the team always controlled the progress of the coin from the ICO. SO, the price will be more stable. Moreover, the ICO that has ready project will have brighter future.

I think you can get tokens during ICO periods. These tokens usually rise after ICO.It is necessary to investigate projects well and make smart choices

I do not dare invest in the ICO, because now most of the fraud. It is hard to choose a good ICO. I only invest in BTC and ETH and hold them

Well it really depends if you think the ICO is a good opportunity, or if you think that the token will hit the market at a lower price. I spend most of my time researching to find solid ICO projects with solid fundamentals and a good chance to solve a real problem.

Noiz Chain for example is one I'm keen on at the moment; they are intending to build an advertising ecosystem which benefits all parties in the network in a superior way to traditional solutions. Whilst the current advertising networks are crucial solutions for a vast amount on online and offline businesses and individuals, the space in its current form suffers from crippling problems increasingly being felt by the user. Noiz Chain intend to solve, through their innovative use of blockchain and AI, the following problems prevalent in the ad space: Ad fraud, consumer data concerns, online scams, mistrust in online content just to name a few.

If there's enough interest and the project is solid enough, then there will be good demand for the token either way.

Some token rise the price and some dont. Sometimes bounty hunters dump their token to get small money and thats make the price plunge quickly. Better find this kind token because price below token more than 50%

it depends a lot on every project and the way that they managed their ICO (if they gave huge bonuses or not, if there were huge bounties or not) and a lot of other stuff.

But if we choose for a project which has a high demand in the market and the product will be used by majority of the people and everyone will know that the price will increase that in that the price do not drop much. The bounty hunters sell their coins but the investors buy that and keep them for longer time then the price start to increase.

Good Day guys, just searching for an alternative way to invest my money to,
so the question is, is buying new listed token(token that just ended ICO) to an exchange profitable? do many of you do that? would you recommend doing that? or should I buy on their ICOs?

There are so many ico coins that pump in just a day after listing in an exchanger and some are not. You can do a little research about the coin you choose to trade or invest join thier community follow thier social media and to see how many are the supporters and investors of that coin.

There's never a better guess. You can buy a token when it enters the exchange. The probability that it will fall after the exit is, but this may not happen, and you will have to wait a long time when the coin falls.

my experience, I often buy newly listed tokens in the market. (which is just ico ends), and I think it's profitable, but my advice before you buy the token is you should pay attention to the token price at the time of the ico and the tokens that already exist in the market, if the token is lower in the market than when the ico price, I sure, the token will provide benefits for you

The coins that will be newly listed on the market will just instantly decrease its price to 50% and that is the reason why investing on it is much profitable more than in the day of an ico so i think that it will be profitable if you are going to hold it for long term invesmtent.

Most times, buying a newly listed coin could be highly profitable but with the recent happenings in the market, I don't think it is profitable any more. Some coins, immediately they get listed, they are dumping badly. I have been burnt from such circumstance. Therefore, in general, I don't think it is profitable any more.

Find a coin that you think is sustainable, wait for the  distribution of bounty and participants will sell it cheaper by dumping it without regard to the development of the coin

buying newly listed coins are profitable when we pick those coins at the lowest dip and sell it at high price if we can follow this type of trading then we can expect profits

If you want to buy coins during ICO period, it is profitable because that time companies offer discounts and bonus for purchasing their coins.
And if you want buy after ICO ends, then it is also profitable because at that time all bounty hunters sell their coins to get cash and i think that is the best time, when the coin is quite below from its original price.

I'm afraid not. You can take a look at the newly listed currency, which is just an initial rise, and then it begins to enter a continuous downtrend channel, and nobody knows when it will stop. So do not recommend you to participate.

If i were you then i'd prefer buying after listed on trusted exchanges rather buying on Pre-ICO which seems more profitable  but a bit complicated specially Scams are rampantly scattered these days unless you are sure about the credibility of the project!  Cool

crypto-currencies are ultra-high risks. the standard recommendation of all professional financial consultants about crypto currency is: no more than 2% of the portfolio. first of all, it is important to preserve capital. but it's up to you anyway.
