Sometimes yes. Especially when those coins get listed after crowdfund/ICO has finished. Like the price will be normal and you could sell it to get instant money after you get your rewards. But, some of them are scams and this is a main problem if you buying new listed coins from certain exchanges.

Good Day guys, just searching for an alternative way to invest my money to,
so the question is, is buying new listed token(token that just ended ICO) to an exchange profitable? do many of you do that? would you recommend doing that? or should I buy on their ICOs?
All depend on what technology, idea and team behind this ICO. And if you really sure in them, just buy those alts at cheap prices. But in current situation on the market I would advice don't buy any altcoin now. Because even it is strong cryptocurrency with good team it can fall hardly due to Bitcoin price fluctuation.

I think it can be very profitable in the long run, and provided that the coins are bought after they are sold by everyone who wanted (project advisers, members of the campaign bounty, members of the project team), that is, when the price is at the deep bottom.

I know only one project in 2018, which has risen significantly since the ICO. (This is Pundi-X.) To make a conclusion is very easy.

Profitable usually if you buy before it is listed on a good exchange. After it is listed on any exchange, the profit you may make depends, even loss is possible if it is hyped too much before getting listed.

Buying a newly listed coin can be REALLY profitable but there is a big BUT in there. There is almost always a guaranteed dump and you have to know when to dump your bags or hope for the better future when the price picks up again.

my experience shows that yes. But you must pay attention that it is worth buying only coins of projects that are really actively developing and can give a good profit in the future

For the new coins listed on the Exchange, it will increase if you are on the big exchange as Binance, Poloniex, Bittrex, Houbi ... also need to create good news along with many other factors to help the new coins can increase. These require a professional and experienced management team in the cryptocurrency market.

Oh, absolutely no I'd say. Newly listed coin usually grows in price and then rapidly falls, it is profitable to sell coins on high points after listing otherwise.

Most of the newly listed coins in the market are sams, and the rest do not last for long, just the ones which are good in technology or are dependant upon an already established coin or have no competitions profitable in the long-term

Sometimes it is. We have seen it many times lately, that the token's price was significantly below the ICO price. So than to invest after the ICO was the good choice. But there are exceptions too, like NEXO for example. I think if you see a nice token with a low price when listed, go for it.

its a great potential for new coins. they will pump if listed on a new big exchange. but there is also a risky too, some devs did not pay for listing. this occurs coin prices dropping.

I believe that buying new listed coins can be very profitable if you are lucky enough, and sometimes it is better to be lucky than good. It doesn`t mean that you just need to buy coins randomly, no. Do research, find the one project you like and invest in it.

If you want investment on new coins. You should really find out more about the coins. Buying token that has just been listing is not necessarily profitable, we have to be selective to choose a token that has good development to minimize the risk of loss that we will experience.

I don't agree with you,it’s not that a new token will rise when it hits exchange, also has the possibility of a plunge.I think that how to choose a coin is depends on the coin whether has upside potential.

A few tokens from ICO drops in cost and you can get it considerably less expensive than ico time. For instance Betex. Cost was 3 dollars and when they hit trades it ended up 0.09 pennies in a few days. Furthermore, you can purchase effectively recorded tokens while advertise is down

As I know it's quite risky to buy a newly listed coin as it full of uncertainty. Personally, I'm trying not to deal with such coins, in fact, didn't have to.

Yes it is, but its very risky, so before investing into any coin make sure you do your assignment first, do a lot of research about your choice, its tough to find a decent coin nowadays so be extra careful.

Yes  profitable if you buy   such coins  are listed   but  still  not  enough  that  it's  listed   always  double check  that  coin before  investing. You can  check  the  team and see  development  of that coin. Invest only the  amount  you   can  afford  to lose  don't.

Early years of crypto when coins are less than 400, it is profitable. But now with more than 2000+ coins/tokens, there is a high chance that you will not get your money back fast.
