Hello all-

I will be assisting Tim in PR and marketing during the transition, I will also have a presence on the Bit777/Peerbet chatroom.

This account will be verified soon, by Casinobitco.in

Verified - As we now own 4 different sites, we are growing our internal team to help with customer support and marketing efforts. We're very excited to build on the success we've had thus far, and really want to maximize the giant user base of Bit777/Peerbet.  We already have some great ideas on how to tweak Bit777/Peerbet to perform a little more optimally, and it's gonna take some time - but we're up for the task.

-Tim

This is going to be the hottest stock in the bitcoin space in 2014 Just watch!!..bit777 has over 1 million bets and bet over 100K bitcoins!

Total Bets: 1,105,229 Wagered: 100,243.5537 BTC

My only question is, why would such a company sell their business to a startup?

Hey Folks - We're pretty excited about the acquisition,  just like you guys!

We can't speak to any of the motives around why Bit777 sold to us; however, we feel like we provided them with a very fair and eventually lucrative deal that was satisfactory for them. I'm also aware the founder of those sites was looking to do another Bitcoin venture (non-gambling), and needed to free up some time to work on it... so our timing was perfect here!

And while we are still technically in start-up mode, my team and I will provide right synergies to take CasinoBitco.in and Bit777/Peerbet to the next level!

How is it that you have such an awesome answer for everything;)

So is it safe to assume that as of now we are officially collecting revenue from these companies?

That's a good question. I'd like casinobitco to reply to it Wink

We officially started collecting revenue from Bit777/Peerbet yesterday. That said, my team and I are still getting used to some of the accounting functions Ultraplay has built (it's absolutely impressive) - and we will need a bit of time to normalize the P&L since we are dealing heavily with alt-coins on the Peerbet side. At the end of the month, for reporting and dividend purposes, we will be bubbling all items up to BTC.

All that said, normally we publish brief numbers on the 15th of the month; however, giving the short month, the recent acquisition which we are still working tirelessly on the transition, and the fact it's Valentine's Day weekend - I'm giving my team a bit of a well deserved break for the weekend so they don't get divorced on my behalf.

We will have the normal, full,  report for February (including Bit777 / Peerbet) very early March.

So is there any truth to the above post or has that been discredited? There is not much discussion in that thread.

I can see you're new here Smiley

It's a company mandate here to not entertain or engage that original poster, kind of like how the United States government doesn't negotiate with terrorists.

Yeah I clicked on the link and the OP was the only person I'd ever ignored in these forums (not that I get around much though).

This is a cop out. Consider she makes some sane arguments, and that her crew was coming from a place of interest.

People usually ignore mpoe-pr because they are scared, not because she's wrong. At least that's the signal I get after a year of watching.

Did the number of shares on Havelock just change suddenly? There's now 30 million shares listed.

Yeah, what the heck happened? Market cap dropped significantly, I thought I was crazy... Weren't these acquisitions supposed to be non-diluting?

Just to clarify - I probably missed this.

What was the disposition of the 27,000,000 units specified as 'privately held' in the prospectus?

Is this new offering diluting of the original 30M issued units - or were some of those unsold 27M shares issued into the treasury - if so, how many?

Basically - is 1 unit sold in the current offering still equal to 1/30,000,000 of the profits of the company? If so, this would be additive so long as it produced any revenue at all... if not, why not and what is the new number of total issued units?

Good question, and we should have clarified - no dilution whatsoever, the founders (myself and other silent partners) are giving up equity to make this acquisition happen by releasing more units to the public (float). 1 unit still represents 1/30,000,000 of CasinoBitcoin.

EDIT: Interesting that this quote says, 30000000. Was havelock just wrong this whole time?

Hi folks-

Due to the recent acquisition we opted to have a  more transparent dividend policy where all net profits will be paid in dividends through the same channel to all unit holders via Havelock Investments.

There were always 30,000,000 units that compromised the CBTC Fund; None of the units have been diluted.  The 30,000,000 units outstanding  reflects 100% of the company, which is now at 100% float on Havelock Investments.

Any privately held units are restricted and can't be sold on the market.

Anyone know why price has decreased by 1/2 in the last week or so (from .00025 to .00013)? Is there any news I missed?

The volume was quite small until today, probably because they didn't consider NeoBee before today and now want a stake in that company too. The lack of news and talk in this thread may play a role, but if I didn't miss something too I don't think there's anything to worry about right now.
Besides you can't expect a stock to grow so fast, there must be some corrections along the way and investors be reassured with evidence of profits.
