That's what happen with random block rewards... nice one block and shitty the next.

u8080, please post your DGC address for your block bonus.

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

Will the worker/miner automatically mine this coin as soon as it's launched and you have pointed your worker/miner to that coin earlier?

Don,

Theoretically, it should.  One way to find out...   Grin

The problem is that I really have to go away from home in a couple of minutes.. And i'll be back in 6 hours or so. I don't want my miner to do nothing during the time I'm away Tongue

I think I'm going to try it. Please confirm that the URL is going to be: stratum+tcp://moon.cryptopools.com:3333 ; otherwise I'm lost anyway.

Sorry for the confusion.  The correct port to use is 3335.

When I use 3335 it can't connect. I originally had 3333 on my miners and turned them on at 1:10pm when I left, and they connected and were providing shares. I come home and see this. So which is it? I'm putting my miners elsewhere until this is sorted.

3333 was Doge pool... The website template was inadvertently changed and that set the port to default at 3333 when it should have been 3335.  Then we were overloaded on 3335 and opened up 3336.

Ahmed is working on a new backend for stability.  Will let you know when that is up and running.

Sorry for the confusion.

I just got back, unfortuntely it didn't started automatically. Do we need to use 3335 now or 3336, which is stated on the homepage now?
