avatar is main for full member rank for signature post..

At least you have to rank the members you are qualified to wear avata, i'm jr.member and i'm not enough to wear avata, at least right sr.member to be able to wear avata

You need to be full member first. At least you need 120 point and 100 merit.

Just to note here, because you can bump into a newbie with avatar like this one and start wondering what the hell happen, let me clarify it for you.

Back in the day avatars were available to everyone no matter if the rank,but after one hack attempt, all the avatars were disabled and later when they were allowed again the new (current) rule was introduced.
All the newbies got their avatars back but they couldn't access the menu to change them.

So here is a breefly explanation for all  the tl'dr the old newbie account got their avatars locked without the option to change or remove them.
