Just to note here, because you can bump into a newbie with avatar
like this one and start wondering what the hell happen, let me clarify it for you.
Back in the day avatars were available to everyone no matter if the rank,but after one hack attempt, all the avatars were disabled and later when they were allowed again the new (current) rule was introduced.
All the newbies got their avatars back but they couldn't access the menu to change them.
So here is a breefly explanation for all the
