actually, there are lots of altcoins that follow the price of bitcoins, like ethereum. when the btc price drops, ethereum prices also down. but I think Eth has good prospects in the future. and I think it's good for short-term investments.

If Bitcoin falls by 5%, the Altcoins fall deeper by 10%.

I really taught this year was for Ethereum but what happen? I'm so disappointed holding it. Why did Ethereum go with btc flow? Everytime btc falls it falls also. If the erc20 token using it has high price then why is ethereum price not directly proportional?

yes, i think the markets stay down this year.
but, do not regret too early, i believe ETH price will be increasing in the next year.
ETH is good coin to hold in long term.
take this time to invest more coin which have a good future.

I notice that the ERC-20 is not perfect.
There are still some issues where the ERC-20 token standards cannot be resolved.

Ethereum looks very stable compared with bitcoin and it's growing on the bitcoin terms. Bitcoin is very stable right now consider from its chart. Patience is the key.

Yea. we ofter see when BTC go fall Eth also go fall. It may be for the unique coin of BTC and others coin is fully based on it. But at present time in August 2018 we see opposite situation in crypto market. Btc price is going to up and Eth price is going to fall. What a market!!. I every seen in my life. How it is possible. Actually no body can predict about crypto market what will happen in next day as no body can control it. Its fully based on luck i think.
