Has there been an attempt to contact the known debtors to CL? This seems to me like a very worthwhile endeavor since those people might be much more willing to cooperate than TF.

Here's the issue: CoinLenders alone had at least 10,000 BTC. Inputs, CoinLenders and BTCINVEST combined,
...
That's the real money we should be focusing on, and no, we cannot track it.

Well, we can track some of it. I saw a little while ago that he's still getting dividend payments from a few hundred ASICMINER shares.

[CLOSED]

We will file to investigate TF in Beijing soon.

It is said TF|吴泽岳 is in china now.
If it's true, when the police get our bitcoins back they want know who they should refund.

If you have any interesting, fill a authorization letter pls.
It could be finished in 10 minutes.
http://wuzeyue.org/index_en.html#case

Don't worry about, the authorization letter won't be abused, and it can't be abused too.
I keep in touch with some of victims in china, they know who am i and where i live.

Your authorization letter could help us file to investigate TF in BeiJing,
More foreighners involved in it , more faster the Beijing police find what TF had done.

And if TF is innocent, i'm sure police could help him find the thief, it good to him too.

Hi JH,
Thanks for your initiative. A few comments and concerns.

First of all, the web site only mentions the 4100 BTC. However, TF disappeared with a lot more coins than that, which he hasn't even claimed were stolen. For example, TF liquidated some of BTCINVEST to CL after the hack. Also, he's still collecting dividends on a lot of BTCINVEST's ASCIMINER shares.

TF now has three classes of assets: (1) bitcoins which he owns directly, (2) bitcoins which may have been stolen, (3) and underlying assets held by others (FC and CL loaners).

Without the police, (1) is nearly lost, but we could at least dox him and make sure his tarnished reputation follows him forever. (2) is probably gone. For (3), we could ask FC to transfer ownership of his shares to BTCINVEST invenstors, and we could ask loaners to send repayment to CL investors.

The Beijing police have the same options available to us, except two more. (A) They can force FC to transfer ownership to the police, and then we try to get reimbursed from the police, or (B) they can put TF in jail. I think these additional two actions are unlikely and ineffective.

So, I'd prefer only to authorize you to keep up your investigation of him in China, but I'd prefer not to authorize the police to "take over" the investigation and beat up FriedCat :-)

Thanks!

So, do we essentially just post the amount of Bitcoin stolen from our inputs accounts along with proof?

Yeah, the authorization only authorize us to call the police in BeiJing for you.

The beijing police have to refund us if they got our bitcoins, they have no choice.
If they dont do that, there would be many people from differrent countries standing before their gate, DDoS them by spitting.

Thank you for your analysis about TF's asset, that is very helpful.

It would be better if you can provide an letter descript how TF cheat you.
Pls make it simple and brief bcz i will translate them to chinese.

We don't need more detail by now.
What we aiming at first stage is making sure the police will file this.

They should ask more when they begin investgite TF, pls keep in touching.

Hi, JohnHarmer. Could you tell us how things are going in Beijing? Is the police taking it seriously?

Every day without news is painful.

I hope your dad is not getting worse. Brain accidents are very bad, I hope you and your relatives gradually find a way to get rid of the pain and keep looking for the little pleasures of life. I tell you sincerely from the bottom of my soul.

We will submit to beijing police this week.
Some ppl only sent us CoinLenders screen capture, no authorizatioin letter.
I don't know if the police will accept this part, but we will try.

My father is better now, but the doctor told me he will never walk like before.
His cranial nerve suffered irremediable damage.

Many thanks for your concern, bradyon!

I liked the idea somebody else had, maybe it was in another thread, but what if each one of us send the authorization letter to the agent individually? Do you have his email address? Surely they understand english? Or maybe you can post letter in Chinese, we can fill it out with our personal info, and send to them directly with our screenshots of our balances?
