The individual skill rating will allow freelancers to have a proper breakdown of all their expertise with their specific rating that will be verified under the blockchain with the help of skill tests.

We aim to allow freelancers to add their rate for each skill service. It will help both the freelancers and buyer interested in any of the services. Just to give you an example, if a client wants to hire you for any of your offered services, he will check your skills and their expertise level as well as the charges you expect to get. It will cut down the negotiation and communication time to a great level.

yeah they mentioned that mcq type question will be asked, but i guess rules and regulations can change once the project development will start, the whitepaper in its current state is more or less like an open proposal to the community to raise funds, once the start the development more better things may come to them which is pretty impressive for us, I think
