from what intel i have gathered by following the discussions here! when the consensus is reached, a resolution is passed and the voters are given their GigBit tokens as well as the bonus tokens they may earn as being part of successful voting process & those who voted in favor of unsuccessful party are penalized a minimum margin from their charged fee in escrow and returned the rest Wink

I personally believe that the transparency gigtricks has to offer is really excellent, I mean the way they have outdone other competitors is worth mentioning with their dispute management process

Submit tokens, vote, if your voted party wins, you get your tokens refund with a bonus to cherish. If not a marginal penalty deducted from the submitted tokens. That sounds fair to me

Hi, Roll Eyes

The existing freelancing platforms fail to acknowledge dispute fairly because disputes are handled in a centralized manner. However, GigTricks seek to solve this problem by giving power back to the community where the top performing users both from buyers and sellers sides will get a chance to participate in the dispute management process by using their votes in return of incentive in the form of GigBit Tokens which will encourage all community members to participate actively.

GigTricks believes that introducing a fee in order to enter the voting process is not an attractive approach and at the same time we have to deal with the spam voters as well.

For qualifying the freelancers' concern should be skill score, profile ratings, earnings, as well as the followers

Well for starters clients can see the verified skills , so they will definitely check the once they are interested in and see the expertise level in start-rating and it will help them to hire the best talent. Morever i read that freelancers can also put what rate they will charge against each skill, so i gues it will help clients to opt for the one that come in their budget and it will reduce the communication required to a greater extent
