Admiring a gift manager is fine but if we just know this forum and then we want to be a prize manager in the hope of earning a big salary, I think all that requires a long process you better learn the overall rules that apply in this forum to master all of it.

Wow that's everyone's dream and I want to be a bounty manager but it needs a higher rank in order to lead a good bounty project.

That's not everyone's dream. There are lot of people who don't want become a bounty manager. Being a bounty manager doesn't always need high rank but you need to become trustworthy for other people.

Managing a bounty campaign is really hard compared to your prospective about this job. If i were you, you will start managing on a single campaign first, like signature or social media campaign like Twitter. And when you think that you're already well trained of managing a single campaign and you feel that you are capable to manage a different campaigns, then that is the right time for you to start managing a bounty campaign. But always remember that you have to avoid of receiving red trust ratings from DT members, so that you can continuously working as a bounty manager here in this forum for as much as you want.

To become a bounty manager, you need a lot of management experience. I see occasional ICO also posted to hire the manager, but most are reputable managers such as yahoo, atriz, needmoney, hotachy, cheus, etc. You can PM your own project owner and request support for their ICO project for free or become a collaborator for management experience. After you have more experience, you can apply for any bounty campaign to manage.

you should have atleast an experience of marketing, when you have this kind of skill then you are really able to become a bounty manager, for example you should be aware always that Project depends on your name, if a project scams people then your reputation is ruined, so better be picky to some Project you want to handle as a bounty manager. do not be greedy, always think out of the box, money is easy to find but reputation and respect needs time and experience.

I think it's not easy and you'll have to spend a lot of time in a day to work if you want to be a campaign manager. For example, deadley bounty manager, I can see he's alwasy active on Telegram and this forum to respond to all bounty participants answer.

There are so many newb bounty manager, without any management skills and with school 5th grade English level..
