Sell ethereum or hold ?

Now bitcoin and eth price is increasing.Is it right time to sell my eth as the price is a bit pump or I just hold it for further increase.Please give help me by giving your opinions.

it is true that the price of bitcoin and ethereum is increasing, but I think if you suppose you have bitcoin or ethereum better you keep hold of it until the price will rise even higher, and suppose you still have your money on  wallet, it would not hurt if you want to buy it again.

hold it for a few more months or for the end of this year, bitcoin and ethereum will increase at that time for many reasons to be increased over now

Hold it for short term gains, dump it for bitcoins after you got your profits.

For example; BUY from these prices 0.05xxxxxx BTC and sell at 0.1xxxxxxx BTC. A project like ETH won't disappear instantly which means it won't be going down forever. Opposite applies too. It won't be bigger than btc while having major flaws that means it can't go higher forever against bitcoin neither.

ETH doesn't have a hard cap on the coin supply which means the amount of eth can be around in the future is... infinite. Just like the USD. Just ride the ride, get off when you done.

A potential coin it is. Really if someone have ETH and wants to earn money through it, best option is not to give anything in trade with it. Rather keep it with you and don’t sell. Prices for ETH are getting higher slowly and gradually as that of bitcoins. So a time will come when prices will surpass your buying rate that would be one of the best times for you to sell at once and get handsome money.

What is the point in asking for advice on Bitcointalk? We have known for a long time that the only advice you can get here is to HOLD. 
However, Eth is really have a huge potential to growth. That's obvious, I think. You must based on your buying price and keep calm if it is possible.

Many people doing this mistake.Sell the coins,by the small raise.I don't know ,why they are doing that.If they hold the same bitcoin or ETH ,till it reach some maximum value.They will some more dollars.So it's better to hold ,then to sell at low price.You just hold your Ethereum for the future.
And the shocking is the price of Ethereum is get back to 400$+. You have to hold the ethereum to get some profit.

Ethereum price is on the bottom now. It is not good to sell at loss especially that ETH is sitting at the lowest price. The best thing is to BUY MORE to decrease your first BUY margin. then sell when ETH creates a price rally.

If you hold ETH to this point should sell because now the ETH exchange rate has increased to nearly 420 dollars. if you gonna sell it to buy a coin you think will go up sell it. if just for the sake of profit don't its price is stabilizing and the price is darn cheap.

That is legal advice. Really if you want to make a trade for ETH against any other coin and then have intensions to hold on with that coin, sell ETH now. But if you are just selling them for getting profit, dude, this isn’t the right to do so. Prices are so low so you may be getting big loss if you sell your coin at this low price because definitely you had bought them at little higher price than now.

I am not pressuring anyone but when everything is clear with ICO's with their issues of course then Ethereum might be pumping again.
If one investor puts a lot of his money to it just so to buy another token from a new project then it could be time to sell after he had done it.

I think you can continue to keep your ETH, ETH rising in these days, I think this month will rise, ETH's price should be to 650 US dollars, but also keep in mind not to regain losses in the loss.

ETH is crypto that has considerable potential in the future and this can be seen from some projects and very many are using ETH as a platform for how to promote the project they are running. so for that reason I advise you to keep it. I believe in the future ETH will have many users for an implementation in the financial system. but of course this needs to have patience that you have because not a few people who are too panicked when faced with crypto price situation that is not good enough.

Yes. Is it not the future that counts in the first place because from the look of things and what the OP has asked, he should be placing himself in the position of a long term trader and not in any way near being a short term trader ?

The problem is a lot of people heard they can make a lot trading what they have but they have totally forgotten that, they should not even be trying to gamble their position in a complex market without knowledge and as long as they do not have that, they are better off holding.

Anyone who is even considering a long term investment should not even be asking questions such as this. The OP should live the buying and selling for profit to traders as they have the knowledge and know what they are looking out for, so trying to play out such situation now would only jeopardize his holding. As long as you do not have trading knowledge, just buy and hold, going the other way round, would only make such a person lose even more?

if we do not have an urgent need and still have reserves, why sell ethereum. ethereum is one of the best altcoins, I myself also hold some ethereum. I do not want to sell it, with a little patience I think it will bring a favorable result. rather than having to sell now...
