The token will be traded only after ICO. The token price will be affected only by supply and Demand.
Payportal apps are free of cost for everyone, the only Retailers will pay a fee for joining Bill payments system and cross-border transfers. Individuals (online customers) will pay only transaction fees, related to an operation.
