Hey, Hardcap is a real figure that will allow to sky rocket the project. 7-9 times less is a softcap which will be used for the accomplishment of development stage and close expansion near Delhi area. Unfortunately we will have to forget about expansion to 3 or more big metropolitan areas and massive PR campain. We will then be focusing more on online customers.
