What's your price prediction on Bitcoin by the end of 2018?

In 2011 it went from pennies to $20, then back down to $4. In 2013 it went from $4 to $200, back down to $60 and then up to $1000 and then back down to $300. It fluctuated a few times before 2017 when it went to $20,000 and then back down to $6000… All of those previous swings are larger than the swings we’re seeing now. Once bitcoin regain it's upward trend what's your price prediction for its all time  price record??

we won't see an all time high by the end of the year.

It's very simple reasoning, really. Bitcoin is going to be in a bear market for most of the year, and even if there is a huge recovery, bitcoin price has to bottom first. Where that bottom is in my opinion is around $5k or so, which haven't been reached yet.

We're going to go down further after this rally is over, then after bitcoin hits the bottom, we'll see most likely a recovery back up to $9k by the end of year.

Now new trends and new price changes, over time, the value of bitcoin has changed. But this year will end for bitcoin at the level of 12-15k no more and then this is the most optimistic forecast.

bitcoin is a good coin and has good prospects also to invest. the next month is the time when bitkoyn again rises to higher prices. Of course, 20K is very unlikely, but up to 15K jump will be before fall.

The previous price doesn't have anything to do with the current situation. As we know, when bitcoin started, only a few people who is really technology enthusiasts know about it. Hence, there are only people who invest on it, which means there's a lot market demand. As time goes by, investors and bitcoin traders are increasing as bitcoin is getting everyone's attention. So, I think as time goes by, there's no other way than for bitcoin to go up.

The previous price doesn't have anything to do with the current situation. As we know, when bitcoin started, only a few people who is really technology enthusiasts know about it. Hence, there are only people who invest on it, which means there's a lot market demand. As time goes by, investors and bitcoin traders are increasing as bitcoin is getting everyone's attention. So, I think as time goes by, there's no other way than for bitcoin to go up.

But the previous price is a good gauge to see how far we go. So its really good to see and evaluate based on its price history. As far as predicting the price, its really hard to say where we can go at the end of the year. But I will still remain bullish about it and despite everything, I see that the price can get to another all-time-high this December.

We still have a long to way to go and its early to call, but again, based on bitcoin past records, every year during December the price reaches its peak so I'm speculating that it can happen again this year despite starting 2018 at the wrong foot.

I think seeing the growth of bitcoin graph is like there is a pattern every year .. there will be a difficult period in the middle of the year ,, and will start to improve towards the end of the year ,, I only hope I can survive with this pattern .. and more can learn overcome a difficult time.

After value deterioration seriously from January this year. Exactly 6k5 is the lowest bitcoin price this year. not 6k. then, the value has quickly come back, can not authenticate on the process ~ 9k increase is fully recovered. But it has opened up the positive trend in the market. I am still optimistic that bitcoin will continue to boom in value this year with 40k.

20-25k I think. We shouldn't expect too much. The hype was there, you saw what happened. Probably the same will happen when there's another hype. Rising and then falling. If there is no hype I think Bitcoin will rise steadily. And imo something like 25k would be really strong.

It is very possible for bitcoin to reach 20k up so expects the bad price that may comes and go. Bitcoin could slowly increase this time so being positive may helps and can be confident to many users.

It is still early to confirm that the sign is now kicking off the full recovery of bitcoin. But I think 40k is a real challenge. I think the bitcoin value that can be reached this year is 30k$.

Interesting prediction. So how come bitcoin drops severly again to 4k? Based on any analys? I think the bitcoins will beat new high record after several bumps. But 4k.... is too low. Only new unfriendly policies will let Bitcoin down to the 6k or even 4k. So prophet has predicted any unfriendly regulation?

It is very likely that there will be new levels of ATC. Maybe it will be 50 000? or 40,000? I will be happy if I see a price of 30,000 for bitcoins and a total market capitalization of 4-5 billion

Just take what you have said as an example. After a huge pump, bitcoin price dumps a lot. The recovery of bitcoin market always surpass it's ATH. So, if we will just take this kind of market movement, we can really expect that bitcoin can still surpass it's current ATH once it starts to recover. Take note that cryptocurrency is getting a lot of attention from people since it became really profitable last year.

Bitcoin price by the end of 2018 is hard to predict but I hope it could reach up to 50k which I think can possibly happen. Yes, why not? that is a very optimistic thought. But I’ll be happy with 20k.
