Yes I would advice you buy ETH now if you are thinking of investing. Though as an investor you should have bought like a month ago when the value was still very low and hold till when it reach the pick. I believe ETH will still increase the more anyways so I would advice you to still buy now.

I bought last month when it was 400 dollar and it was very cheap for ethereum, I dont think it will see 350 400 dollar again soon, if bull run come soon, it can increase to 1000 dollar easily.
