ETH has just started rising and anytime soon,we are in the bull run.I think the market is recovering now after SEC has declared its stance that ETH and btc not securities. All doubts cleared now so the market is good to go.I think you can still buy and hold now because we will go higher than this maybe 10k for ETH by December.
