Can anyone provide a solid reason why to buy the S4??
I guess Bitmain won´t be selling the S3 or the S1 upgrades (I have some defective S1s) until they have sold their S4 mining farm...
The only competition now is the ASM Tube at $350 for 800 GH which is equivalent to $875 for 2TH but the electric costs are higher at 1.1 watts/GH Asm tube will stop being profitable end of October S4 will be unprofitable end of November Pick your poison |

Better gamble is to buy btc now at $300 The way its going btc price needs to go to $1000 for newest mining equipment just to break even. If btc price goes down profitability of equipment is MORE of LOSS. If btc price increase profitability of mining equipment is LESS of LOSS. Watch the next 3 weeks. 1. BTC price 2. Difficulty 3. In USA there are two group buys which can give you an opportunity to buy only a miner or two, but for the rest of the world Bitmain has no alternative, they are the only manufacturer on the market delivering right now. That said, I don't believe buying any equipment including Bitmain's will ever return the BTC invested in them, fact that people are still buying only shows most of their customers recoup some costs by reselling the equipment or having access to unpaid electricity. |

personally I am looking at the rockminer T1 780-840ghs. I have very cheap electricity and worry less about watts/ghs than most. and for 0.9btc shipped and in stock I cant really argue.

They want to be paid 812 mBTC, where would you get this? I have seen it bot can't locate it. cex.io does not seem to have them for trading. Thanks. And yes once I saw Bitmain dumped the other couriers, and charge about .5 btc or more to ship to me. They are no longer my choice or or an option. I was all over it until I saw the price to ship and who was shipping, UPS are ridiculous for Broker fees. |

Would someone be able to tell me how and where to apply the instructions to get one of my standard S3 to reboot every 6 hours? It shuts down every so often and like today I was sleeping while it was down for 5 hours. I remember someone made a post with some text on reboot for a 12 hour span (If I recall correctly), but it didn't specify where to put this information. Pretend I'm a blank slate, I don't know anything about this stuff, i read directions and do exactly what it says to do. If a step is missing or everyone knows that something is implied, I'm not that guy I need to know where to put the instructions to perform the reboot. Thanks for your time in advance. |
