I ordered one last weekend for 1.9 and it's still not shipped. When do they ship?
I am in the same boat. Placed order on 25th 23:00 UK time (about 07:00 on 26th China time). They said orders paid for before 26th 14:00 (China time) would be OK. I think Bitmain said they have shipped all orders now but did not have time to update the tracking info before they closed for CNY. So I am hoping my order is with UPS and will arrive later this week. If not then we have to wait until they are back at work after the CNY ends. That's how I read it. Without tracking numbers it's hard to see what's happening. PM them, they are giving out tracking numbers so I have been told.

Didn't think of it because I thought they had all gone on holiday. I guess a true businessman is always on the job. If I get an answer I'll let you all know. My order was close to their deadline, so I guess if mine has made it out then most other people's will have too.

Bitmain sent tracking info overnight (daytime for them I guess) after I PM'ed him. Thanks Biffa for the suggestion.

I have powered up my miner and connected the ethernet-cable to my laptop. But I cant access the Antminer via its IP. Whats wrong? Edit; I followed this ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=344970.0) guide at first, changing the network settings and w/e. But now I se other guides that just connect miner and pc and then just type in the IP in the browser to access the miner. Now nothing works.. Grin

But now I se other guides that just connect miner and pc and then just type in the IP in the browser to access the miner. Now nothing works.. Grin That guide is a bit out of date I think. All the antminers I've received from Bitmain have been set to 192.168.1.99 so you need to set your computer to 192.168.1.98 or whatever (not 99) with a mask of 255.255.255.0 - don't bother about the gateway or dns because you won't be using them for this. Then type 192.168.1.99 into the URL line of your browser and press enter. You should then be presented with the login page of the antminer. Once you have set the antminer to DHCP or an address that will talk to your router/ADSL box/modem/whatever and clicked on the save/apply button, you will then have to set you computer IP back to what it was before or just select DHCP so it does it itself. You should then have everything talking to each other. If you set the antminer to DHCP you can look in your modem/router's device status pages to find the list of attached hosts which should show the antminer and it's associated IP address.

What does your pool stats say...that's all that matters.

@eoakland
Are you using the Antminer buildin WiFi? If so, your antena is pobably shit. You better connect it with an ethernet cable to your router or connect the Ant to an Universal WiFi Range Extender with builtin swith instead of using the Ant WiFi.

received it today. it's been hashing a little over 4 or 5 hours. plugged in directly via Ethernet cable--not using wifi. it's weird, my other ants have super low HW rates. one has zero or a couple, the other has 15% and this new one jus took it to another level...LoL.
am wondering if a firmware flash will fix ?

You have to unplug 1 blade and test if it works correctly and then swith to the other blade to see if it also works correctly.

really dumb question, will that void warranty ? I just got it today, the last thing I want to do is tinker with it and void warranty....more than likely it's a strong RMA candidate. or is it simply just unplugging the white ribbon cable that connects one board to the other ? how about the fan, would I have to shift it to the back, since the other board has the fan plug at the back ? thanks for your help

My latest one has more HW errors than accepted work however my pool stats say its doing fine.

Thing is you should let it mine for at least an hour until it has a chance to build up some good stats

Slush stats are slow if you just connect to it, but it is a reliable pool and it is also the first Bitcoin pool. Let it run for a while, probably there is nothing wrong with your Ant. If you want fast stats, check Ghash or BTCGuild and Elisius.

Right, to get a better sense of the HW error percentage, you have to divide the HW number by: (HW + DiffA + DiffR + DiffS) At least that's what I've read.
