You have to remember the time difference.
They will ship within 48 hours (2 days from Beijing time). If you ordered it yesterday, most likely your order will be send tomorrow as I am in the same boat... Worst case it will be sent on Saturday buy after so many orders there are yet to fail to ship my order after 48 hours...
Patience you must have my young padawan
Its probably in the mail already. The shipping team is fantastic, but they have to manually mark your order as shipped. By the time you get the tracking number, the package will probably be somewhere over the ocean, or just arriving at your customs
thanks, never ordered from them before but heard/read they ship quickly.

I have plugged my new Antminer S1 in, the sticker on it says to use IP 192.168.1.99; I have setup my gateway mask to allow this network to be routed.
On the Antminer itself I see the ethernet light flickering so it looks alive; but red light is on, on the controller card AND my browser on my computer does not display the Antminer menu page at the sticker address
Please help!!!!!

PSU is good, router is good, what’s next? I can’t get to the login menu. You really make it sound like you know what my problem is, so can you write something actually helpful and share this with me please?

SSH to it, change to the /etc/config directory, and see if you have a file called luci that's not empty. If not empty, SSH to the working ANT and compare to it's luci file. Now, to be clear, I'm NOT telling you this will fix it or to even try it but, you could use SSH and SCP to copy the luci file from the working ANT to the broke one and see if that fixes it. Although the following link has nothing to do with ANTS, it is about openwrt and the same luci error your getting and replacing the luci file with a known good copy worked for these guys. The page is in Chinese so use google translate if you don't speak it. http://www.right.com.cn/forum/thread-131802-1-1.html

I just received another S1 today and this one was used big time. Lots of Chinese dust all over the PCB boards and fan blades. Should I contact them and have them replace it?
Also might be a sign of things running out and new model coming out.
You are lucky that your S1 works. I received heavily used and semi-dead S1 from them. All covered in dust, heavy smell of burnt electronics, a lot of dead chips - one blade shows 8 ASICs instead of 32. It hashes only at around 120 GH/s and sometimes just stops hashing with beeping sound, needs power cycle to start again. I paid 130 euros customs tax for this unit, and it would cost around 200 euros to ship it back to Bitmain and then I have to pay another 130 euros to customs for the replacement unit. Just does not worth it. So Bitmain sold me a dead unit and now just stopped responding to my messages.

You should not pay import tax when you receive it back as they will mark it as faulty repair as you have already paid for it...
Did they sent you a new one, if it was heavily used, i am shocked that they did not test it before shipping it out... I hope they will ship a new one very soon and maybe they might be nice enough to throw in few USB miners just a "Sorry, we fucked up by sending you a used miner and we broke our promise"

Return shipping will be their problem and no tax on return either.

Well thanks for your excellent link, it worked - so thanks for your help, seeing my first 180 Ghs gives me quite a rush!

Most modern NICS are Auto-MDIX. No need for crossover cables in most cases.

Hi, I just order one at Wednesday evenning my time. Today I received my shipment information with estimated delivery on next Tuesday ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) . I can confirm fast shipment and looking forward to confirm that my Antminer is working well. As I am preparing and reading here and around and in web installations tips. Shell I check for thermal grease as someone reffer to have a lot on the circuits? Any tip to follow before first power-on? I have purchased good PSU - EVGA SuperNOVA NEX650G I have my LAN using 255.255.0.0 subnet - I am a little bit confused when I see in management system of Antminer sections/menu LAN and WAN - any reason for that? My WAN is a at Gateway and I do not care about any setting. Thank you for any tip.
